Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is owner managed by Matt and Elizabeth. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping, maid service and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

We love Cozumel, and Palmar is a first class building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise.

What makes this condo unique

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.

The condo was superior, and the owners are outstanding with their level of customer service.

This was our second stay at the condo, and we will be returning with friends and family. The property is top of the line with high end amenities throughout. The level of service is always outstanding. Elizabeth and Matt are always available to answer questions or provide assistance if needed. After injuring myself at the beach, they were able to provide assistance in locating the best medical care for me. There's great snorkeling directly across the street, and our dive boat was able to pick us up at the dock across from the condo. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect in every way....

We spent another wonderful time at Elizabeth and Matt’s condo this past August. It is THE place to stay in Cozumel if you want comfort, cleanliness and convenience. This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we’re already trying to figure out our timing for 2017. The condo comes fully equipped and stocked with the various cleaning sundries (paper, dish and clothes washing soap, etc.) that you will need for your stay. The beds and furniture (inside and out) are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and spare linen provided. The outdoor patio, as you can see from the website pictures, is spacious and overlooks the Palmar pool as well as the busy and beautiful Cozumel sea. We spent our non-diving time at the pool or on the patio reading or watching the activities on the water. The condo is walking distance to nearby restaurants in either direction and is not that far a walk to downtown (even if you have to take a taxi back with your groceries). The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own meals and there is a nicely sized gas grill on the patio. Enjoy your stay as we thoroughly did.

Another Fantastic Stay........

Wonderful

We stayed for one week when my husband was competing at the Triathlon competition. It was beautiful, spotless, organized and very comfortable to live in. We shared with another athlete and there was lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing. We had everything and more that we needed. When we asked about water shoes, they magically appeared. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and spices. It was close to the race site and Cozumel has a great, safe biking road that goes almost all the way around the island. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way

We completely enjoyed are stay at Palmar and the condo was perfect in every way. Matt and Elizabeth made everything about our arrival easy with great communication and even a welcome basket upon arrival. We had everything we needed in the condo and some, it is very well equipped. The location of the building is perfect, convenient to town but in a very quiet area with great dining within a very short walk. This is now our spot in Cozumel and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you Matt and Elizabeth for being such great hosts.

This professionally decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers an open floor plan and has 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Both bedrooms rooms have a king size bed and private bath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people, making it a perfect option for a family or several couples. The gourmet kitchen has all American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. There is even an outdoor grill on the terrace. The huge 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

Palmar is located just south of the Cozumel Town Center. It is walking distance to water sport activities, dining and shopping. There are Beach Clubs across the street that offer lounge chairs, food, drink and water sport rentals. There is a great snorkel spot just across the street and there are pick up docks for SCUBA and snorkeling boats too.
