About Marc Posch

As a designer, I am a big fan of Palm Springs. I always loved the beauty and serenity of the desert. It's a magic place, far enough from the big city to relax and unwind - and still only 2 hours away from it. My life is very busy and hectic, and this is the place where I recharge my batteries. Two hours from LA and I'm in a lush sunny mid century paradise with spectacular views and cocktails by the pool at night under starry skies.

Why Marc Posch chose Palm Springs, Central

Ruth Hardy Park area to me is one of the prime areas in Palm Springs. Almost every house can tell a story. Lucille Ball lived around the block, Cary Grant had a big mansion a few streets from here. The center is the beautiful park, an oasis where people come for a walk with their pets, or to play tennis, racquetball, or just relax in the shade of the old Mesquite trees.

Clean and Serene

  • 5 of 5

Thank you so much for letting me stay at your place! If you are looking for a simple, central yet quiet place to stay this would fit the bill. The fully walled backyard is perfect for dogs with the shade trees, grass and some sand to mix it up - my dog loved it. The house was beyond clean. I've stayed at quite a few rentals and this was by far one of the cleanest. An easy walk up to Ruth Hardy and back was a perfect AM walk for the dog. All the key things needed for an easy stay are also provided from AC, to an electric kettle to Netflix (including wine and coffee!).

Idyllic setting for very tastefully decorated home.

  • 5 of 5

House was impeccably decorated with mid century modern decor. The gardens were tastefully and serenely done, including the pool area. Towels were provided for swimming. Marc met us at the house with a bottle of wine and showed us the home. The house was very clean, two full baths with two king size beds. It was located close to downtown Palm Springs. Kitchen was full of whatever you might need to use to cook, or enjoy a cocktail poolside. My husband and I walked to get coffee each morning-Earnest coffee was good. We enjoyed the back drop of the mountains, as well as frequent dips in the pool. There is a great Art Museum in town. Our favorite restaurant was Birba. I recommend taking the aerial tramway for incredible views. Marc and Kai were very gracious hosts, making the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

This is a terrific home, everything that you need to feel welcome and comfortable.

Unfortunately my husband and I arrived with a vicious virus and our time was spent

recovering. Note: Hospital was near and the ER care was superior.

We will return soon and we know we'll have a great time!!

A great place to have a Spring Break!

  • 5 of 5

Our family spent 6 days in this lovely home. The CA king beds were very comfortable, TVs in each bedroom, lots of hot water! The salt water pool was great - lots of privacy. Kitchen was great, oven took a while to heat, but we may not have been operating it correctly. The owners could not have been more hospitable and flexible! Sounds cliche, but a great time was had by all!

Lovely home away from home!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying here and relaxing in the pool. It is close to Ruth Hardy Park and all the great new restaurants on the northside. The one thing that would make it even better is if there were some bikes at the house, since bike rentals are so expensive, and the only way to get around town!
