This gorgeous ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has several charming amenities. - Parking in Settlers Creek is very limited. There is only one guaranteed parking spot at this unit, any overflow cars MUST park in the guest parking lot which is located right by Minnie's Cabin. There is absolutely no street parking allowed in Settlers Creek.

Very nice 2 bedroom close to shuttle stop

We rented this condo at the last minute before MLK weekend 2017. Very convenient to rent online. Located in East Keystone. Very comfortable. Very clean. Well equipped and well furnished. We really enjoyed the condo. Peaceful. At the end of the road, so no traffic. This particular unit is close to Minnie's cabin and the shuttle stop. You take the orange shuttle to River Run and Mountain House. Ten minutes to Mountain House; 20 minutes back. It is probably very convenient normally, but on a busy holiday weekend the buses are way too full. Suggest access to and from Mountain House instead of River Run so you don't have to carry your skis 1/4 mile to gondola. Orange shuttle runs until 5 p.m. On-call shuttle available after that. That is a very nice service. Minnie's Cabin has a pool table, large TV, hot tubs, and pool. This is one of the nicest common facilities I have used in Summit County. Very nice to have towels and a shower facility next to the pool so you don't have to walk back to your condo in your wet bathing suit. This particular unit has no garage. It is close to the garbage bin, but not so close that you would worry about smells in summer. There is a locking ski closet. It does not have any kind of hooks or pegs for skis. Skis & poles tend to slide around. Only minor quibbles are: no griddle; no soaps or toiletries anywhere; management company promised a bottle of wine that was not present; would like more than one kitchen towel; no hypoallergenic pillows; would like a broom or shovel for snow. Appreciated the late check out. After hours key pickup was easy. Sky Run app does not add value. Thank you. Five stars.

Owner's Response: Hi Matt, Glad to hear you enjoyed 6532 Settlers Creek. Thanks for your feedback, I'm sure other travelers will find your advice about the shuttle of value. There's also paid parking at both base areas that make it very easy to get to the slopes. You're right about the garage, unfortunately only the larger 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes in Settlers Creek have garages. Not sure what you mean about the garbage though, that dumpster is in an enclosed area with a bear-proof lock and at least 500 feet away from the condo; we've never had anyone complain about smells and it doesn't get overly hot here in the summer. We'll suggest those changes to the ski locker to the owner and though the HOA provides the shoveling, I suppose we could leave a shovel there as well. Sorry there were no toiletries and no wine upon your arrival. If you would have given us a call we could have absolutely brought those over to you. Some of our guests find our SkyRun app quite helpful with driving directions to the properties, nearby restaurant and activity suggestions, directions to the pools, garages and garbage facilities; I'm sorry you did not find it helpful.
