Thanks for your interest in our condo. We rent it ourselves, so there is no rental company involved. We only rent to people that are responsible and will treat the rental as their own. Renting this way, we are able to keep the condo in a lot better shape. We ask that you please help us by treating it as if it were your own (or better?)as you enjoy your stay at the beach.

What it is:

411 Island Winds East 3-Bedrooms, 2-Bath Beachside condo. It’s on the 4th floor and has a great side view of the Gulf from the balcony, as well as a view down West Beach Blvd and parts of Little Lagoon. You can see the Lagoon from most of the North-facing windows, and from the East bedroom you have a great gulf view, including the main Gulf Shores Public Beach, the “T” where AL59 meets Beach Blvd, and some view down East Beach Blvd. There are 2 elevators, so you should never have to take the stairs, and it is a very short walk to the beach (past our pool and grills) from the bottom of the elevator.

Deb and I have been married for 34 years and presently live in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Deb grew up in Atlanta and I grew up in Tennessee after my parents moved from Tuscaloosa. We have two wonderful boys I am very proud of.

Why Todd chose Alabama

It has always been our goal to own a condo on the beach. Our dream has come true. We chose this condo due to its location and decorating done by the previous owner. It is a beautiful unit with a pool and right on the beach. What more can you ask for.

What makes this condo unique

The balcony has a great view of the beach. Even though we spend little time inside the unit, the decorating in the unit is outstanding. Deb has made comments several times on how well she sleeps at the beach. A truly relaxing atmosphere is what this unit is about.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

The outside of the building looks a little old and weathered, but this condo is very clean well decorated inside and had everything we needed for our stay (7 people). Plus it has a great view of the ocean from the balcony! The building has convenient beach access and proximity to The Hangout, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you!

Great condo, easy beach access, kitchen well stocked with cookware and such which was great since I cooked every meal there, the free parking was close by so we parked second vehicle there with no problems, like others said seemed bigger than it looks in pictures, lots of things to do and places to eat nearby

Out stay was 4/5.

Condo building was not well kept, but the condo itself was in good condition. Biggest complaint is that there were NO kitchen extras. One garbage bag, no sponge, no dish soap and no hand soap in kitchen. 5 people for 3 nights with one trash bag and no soap. I run an AirBnB and ALWAYS include these things.

I loved our short stay here!

Loved this condo! It was very spacious & nice. The only thing we were not happy with was that we were only allowed one parking space, but there was free parking nearby. We will be staying here again.

Additional passes may be available dependent on activity. Also IWW next door is a possibility.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
