About Lynn Nuttall

Seacrest 909 owners are Tom and Lynn Nuttall who have made Huntsville Alabama their home for over twenty years. We added this Condo to our Seacrest holdings (We've owned Unit 901 for eight years)in 2010 for additional room for family vacations, relaxation and allow Lynn to continue her decorating and real estate rentals. She is very good at both and we are sure she has and will take very good care of you and any problem that might come up.

We have three sons, Chris who graduated from Auburn University and is a Navy Pilot, Grey who graduated from Tulane University, served four years in the Army and is now employed as a Product Manager with a medical device manufacturer, and Mark who graduated from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama, Birmingham Dental School and is currently practicing dentistry in Oregon. So you can see we are a family divided during football season.

Why Lynn Nuttall chose Alabama

We selected Gulf Shores instead of Orange Beach or Florida because it offers a friendly, small-town environment to those who appreciate a safe, whole-some beach experience for themselves and their families. After the purchase of 909 we have begun to repaint with a brighter color scheme, added more amenities and resupplied the unit to its present condition. We hope you like the new brighter colors, furnishings, and fully stocked kitchen. We have just starting on the unit and we still more plans in the works for future updates. So if you like the accommodations now please come back again next season.

What makes this condo unique

Imagine walking out of your bedroom and seeing dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico! Or seeing a squadron of pelicans fly past so close you could reach out and touch them! Being on the top floor allows for a sweeping views of the Gulf and surrounding beach so you don't miss a thing. Also, Seacrest allows guests a less crowded access to the sugar white sands of one of the best beaches on the country. The smaller condos and beach houses in the area provide family orientated beach access and a less stressful vacation than those near the mega condotels.

Thanks for letting us stay in your condo. It was my 9th trip down to GS, and 909 was definitely one of the cleanest units we have stayed in. The space was perfect for us, and corner units are always best with little kids. Normally our trips down involve more families which require more space, but next time we can fit in a 2 bedroom we will be back. You do a great job of communicating.

Relaxation at the beach!!

Once again our get away to this Seacrest condo was perfect. The weather in the early fall is perfect at the beach. Lynn is a pleasure to work with and her condo is most comfortable.

Nothing but the best

We've stayed at this condo a few times and every visit is better than the last. The unit is always - ALWAYS - comfortable, clean, quiet with every comfort I could wish for! The owners excel in providing for their guests: beach toys for kids, games for everyone, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds, lots of room for families. The view is beautiful! Watch dolphin from your balcony seat! Perfect place to get away from it all and recharge! Thanks Lynn and Tom for your meticulous care of your customers and the property. I've never been to a rental so well maintained and loved.

My husband and I had a great stay in this condo, this was our second stay in 909. 2014 Stayed with our daughter and her husband During Labor Day and enjoyed as well. This condo is well maintained. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Condo was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable & close to everything. Lynn was very easy to work with & answered questions promptly. We enjoyed great views, delicious seafood & a beautiful beach. Who could ask for more. Highly recommend this condo. Will definitely be staying here again.

Paradise!

This last week was the most satisfying vacation. The condo is exactly what we were looking for: top floor balcony facing the west - best sunset and gulf views. Stunning! Never a cloudy day. This was the perfect time of year to visit the beach. Condo was excellently and comfortably furnished, immaculate, right on the beach. The owners haven't missed a beat! We had everything we could want. Nearby dining at Shrimp Basket, and Steamers excellent. Buy fresh Royal Red shrimp at Billy's Seafood - great place. Close to grocer. Family friendly area, uncrowded clean beach.
