This bright first-floor villa features a modern decor with hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathroom, screened porch, and partial ocean views. The community pool and ocean are steps away.
The open concept living room area offers a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining nook. A sliding door leads from the living room to a private screened porch, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing on the over sized porch swing. Steps from the screened porch lead to the manicured lawn, gas grill, community pool, and beach.
The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. Linens are included. An additional sliding glass door leads from the bedroom to the screened porch. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
Port O`Call Villas is a gated community offering free parking and free access to the community swimming pool. The villa includes 2 televisions, a DVD player, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
*We are excited to inform you that the City of Isle of Palms has completed the beach restoration project on March 23, 2018. This included off-shore dredging and roughly 1,583,453 cubic yards have sand have been placed on the beach. All equipment was safely removed by April 1, 2018. Very clean and great location .
The unit was very clean and light fresh colors make it very cozy. Great location , great staff and very quick replies to some minor qeustions I had while I was there .

I must stay, this unit was VERY conveniently located to the beach with the back door access but the pictures posted show better than the property actually is. The unit has been updated but to a point of fresh paint and appliances, where the substance underneath shows age.
The unit had mold and or dust on the ceiling around the air conditioning unit and my wife contracted a sinus infection, assuming from the spores in the unit.
There was also mold around the tub wall that hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and once during our visit, water started spewing from the bathroom vent over the toilet in the wall, which I assume came from the unit above as it was not raining at that time. Having water enter the unit in this manner, I'm sure there is additional mold in the wall that also contributed to her infection.
If not for the grounds and the pool and the convenience, I would give this 1 out of 5 stars but it's hard to beat walking off the porch onto the grass and to the beach.
A little more updating and significant cleaning and mold remediation and this unit would be great and at a great price.

Update - November 2017 - This villa has had a deep clean and has been updated throughout. Simply adorable.
Everything was nice and clean and very quiet! If I could improve anything it would be the mattress !
Nice and clean but needs a better mattress on the bed and darker curtains in the bedroom! There wasn't any night stands beside the bed either!
A great location! Just ok inside.
The condo is in a great location but the house inside was ok. The furniture on the porch is worn out and the screens torn allowing bugs in. The floors inside were dirty...our feet were black so we had to rinse them before bed. It would be great if they updated the bathroom and did a good heavy cleaning on the floors. We had a great time since we were there for the beach. Easy walk to the pool and beach.
Very enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. The screened in porch was especially nice. Our only complaint was mildew on the grout in the bathtub. We would definitely stay there again!
The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
