Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Welcome to our beautiful Key Largo condo (mile marker 100). This is an exclusive ocean-side condo with only four units in the complex and its own private docks including fish cleaning station. It is a 5 minute boat ride from our dock to the Atlantic Ocean where you will enjoy some of the best places for diving and snorkeling as well as for fishing. It is minutes away from John PenneKamp State Park which is known world wide for its marine life, diving and snorkeling.
Our unit was completely renovated and remodeled in October 2017. It includes a new full kitchen, new bathrooms and new flooring. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. Our private screened balcony offers you a beautiful view of the sunrise. A boat slip is available with this unit (subject to availability).
The property has a bar-b-que area and a heated pool. A kayak and bikes are also available for our guests to use. Great restaurants, fisheries and a public marina are within walking distance. Everything you need to make your Florida Keys vacation complete can be found here.

About Carmen Perez-Carlton
My husband and I live and work in Miami; Key Largo is my family's weekend retreat.
Carmen Perez-Carlton purchased this Condo in 2010
Why Carmen Perez-Carlton chose Key Largo
It is an hour's drive from Miami, yet it is a world away. We love boating, fishing and being out on the water. It is the way we slow down and relax.

Great condo just as pictured
This was a great condo, new, clean . It was perfect for my family of 4. With teenagers you need more space than a traditional hotel. It has a beatiful covered porch to sit out on with a great view. My husband and son kept busy fishing from the dock and kayaks. It is also nice to be able to walk to the nearby restaurants. This was a great retreat between snorkel trips but it was difficult to find a nearby beach to relax on.
Thank you for your review. I am so happy that you and your family enjoyed your stay.
Ocean Shore Villas
As usual a great stay. Been here many years!
The best unit of the four, overlooking the marina of the canal!
While the condo itself more than met our needs, the real selling point is its location. This is especially true if you are in Key Largo to dive. Of course being one block from Key Largo Fisheries and their Backyard Cafe, two blocks from the Pilot House and across the street from the Dolphin Rescue Center all contributes to the total experience. If one is willing to walk for fifteen minutes Snooks for sunset and the Key Largo Cafe for Italian are icing on the cake. We would have no problem recommending this property our friends and relatives.
Perfect for our Christmas Getaway!
We rented the condo/unit for a Christmas getaway for our family of 5 and it was perfect! The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious, and there was room for all of us to spread out. My husband and I enjoyed the bikes every morning while the teens/young adults slept in. They were in good working order, and although the tires needed air, there was a bike pump. All of us enjoyed the kayaks and even went around to where the dolphins live. The pool was a nice little treat at the end of the day too. I think our favorite part of the condo was the screened in porch where we sat out on it every night just laughing and talking with our kids, which was priceless! We did have a hard time with the wifi, but after a quick text to Carmen we got the correct password and all was good. We made breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen, and cooked dinner a few nights (fresh fish from the market) on the grill. The nights we did go out to eat, we went by Carmen's recommendations (the place for key lime pie was spot on!).There is so much to do down in the Keys, we tried to squeeze it all in. I would suggest if you plan a day trip down to Key West, to leave in the morning. Due to us wanting to stop and see it all on the way down there, we were rushing towards the end of the day to get to Mallory Square to see the sunset! Thank you Carmen for working with us and letting us stay at your place! Hope to get back someday!
Comfortable in Key Largo
My husband and I were able to take a last minute vacation to escape the New England cold. Fortunately, Carmen was very accommodating with our needs. We found her home very comfortable and met all of our needs. The bed in the Master was very comfortable and we slept well. The screened in porch was wonderful! We enjoyed using the bikes. Carmen's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We loved our sunset dinner at Morada Bay! We took a day trips to Key West, Everglades National park and Bahia Honda State park, all worth doing! Also do not miss the wonderful reef, we took a snorke trip and it was fabulous! If you are planning to stay in Key Largo, you will get exactly what you see in the pictures other than the 2nd bed room now has 2 ( queen ?") beds. Thanks Carmin for your wonderful hospitality!
This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving dive vacation! We enjoyed this home and its amenities, especially the screened in balcony! The home is in a lovely area, and convenient to everything we wanted. It is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a canal. The property's pictures do it justice. It is clean, modern and kept up. The beds were comfortable. The second bedroom didn’t have the bunk as pictured so if siblings didn’t want to sleep in the same bed, it put someone on the air mattress. Carmen, the owner, is very polite, responsive and easy to contact and communicate with. We agree…follow Carmen's suggestions for restaurants. We enjoyed the Pilot House nearby. We loved Morada Bay Beach Cafe' down in Islamorada! We would definitely come back!
