Located near the corner of Lamar at 1106 W 6th Street, I chose this property for its cool urban vibe and quiet charm. This downtown enclave is the perfect spot to discover all of Austin's best attractions - no car required.

What makes this condo unique

Location. Location. Location. One can practically see Ladybird Lake from the huge picture window. Walk to the hike and bike trail, Zilker Park, Whole Foods Flagship HQ, or any one of Austin's legendary night spots. The condo is square in the middle of Austin's best restaurants. For example, a pager form Z Tejas restaurant works in the condo, so you can relax with friends while they find you a table.

Convenient, Quiet and Private

I rented this unit for five days. It's a cute place, tastefully appointed and a one block walk from the Whole Foods flagship store on Lamar. VERY convenient and VERY quiet, nestled back from W 6th Street under a huge live oak tree. I never saw another tenant the entire time of my stay! It was totally relaxing and a great alternative to a hotel stay in Austin! Very close to bus lines, assigned parking space, towels, coffee maker, flat screen tv and Tempurpedic mattress... it's all there! Highly recommended.

Great Place, Great Location

This place is better than most any hotel you can stay at in Austin at a fraction of the price. If you plan to stay downtown the location could not be better. Walking to any restaurant or bar downtown, and a block away from Whole Foods. The condo is very spacious for its advertised size and has a very comfortable modern interior. The parking spot is about 10 feet from the front door. Had friends in town from NY and DC who were very impressed with the accommodations. Will recommend to anyone visiting Austin over any hotel.

6th and Lamar

Apartment Attractively decorated. Plenty of appliances and house supplies and great location. Apartment clean, however 1 fridge drawer and oven had spills that had not been cleaned before we arrived. The area rug is very soiled and we notified Justin, but did not request cleaning of it, just to let him know for future rental. Bernie and Mickey Zivin

it was very nice

we came here for rot rally so we had a trailer and there was no room to park our big truck or trailer.. but was very nice condo.

Fantastic Austin

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. 6th st. is a rather loud street but seems to quiet down around 10ish. The accomodations were outstanding. We enjoyed the area and the downtown digs.
