The open living, dining and kitchen areas feature custom-stained reclaimed wood floors - which continues throughout the entire home - an 8-person dining table complimented with a chic chandelier, Italian marble countertops, a sleek touch-less kitchen faucet, stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, beautiful glass-tile and wood paneling, and Lindy the Caribou to add a touch of mountain flare.
Just off the living and kitchen area includes a half-bath powder room, two bedrooms with uniquely designed bathrooms attached, and an access point to the private out-door hot tub. Upstairs, catch up on work in the office space that overlooks the living area and a wall that continues the modern wood theme, or access the spacious Master bedroom decorated with plush bedding, a lounge area, and hanging gold lights on each bedside. Plenty of storage is offered in the Master suit including an under-the-bed area for suitcases and a closet enclosed with reclaimed barn doors.
In the master bathroom you will find a marble tile designed large space, with a separated tub and a walk-in double shower. Another bedroom can be found on this Master suit floor with two twin beds for a kids room. On the main level enjoy heated flooring, an open-mud room entrance with nooks for shoes and gear, and a laundry room with a sink and brand-new front loading washer/dryer. We have enjoyed staying here before but the remodel really surprised us with its contemporary mountain look and high end quality. We will be back! Well done.
March 2017 Stay
The house was very nice and comfortable and in a great location - quiet and little traffic. We had 3 families, consisting of 5 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 small children. We weren't sure who all was coming when we booked the house. So, for a variety of reasons, the teen slept on the fold-out couch in the family room. Although less than ideal, the arrangement was satisfactory. There were a few small problems with some doors not closing properly and some plumbing not draining well. The house is advertised as ski-in/ski-out, but it's not a n easy ski-in/ski-out and it's at Peak 7, which is not the best for beginners. In spite of these minor issues, we were very pleased with the house. What makes this rental excellent is really the staff at Great Western Lodging - they were terrific!

December 2016 Stay
My family and I stayed in this townhome for 2 weeks over the New Year. The floorplan worked very well for our group. We especially liked the heated garage parking (though being able to fit a 2nd car would have been nice…owner’s car is in the garage). My kids could not get enough of the private hot tub! Although some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, overall the townhome was extremely clean and the check-in process at the GWL office was super smooth and staff were very helpful with area reccs. We did have to call maintenance once as the gas fireplace went out, but they were up here within 30min of my call. I would stay here again next time I am in Breckenridge!
