Peace and Quiet
We are so very glad that we were able to spend a long weekend at The Treehouse. Peace and quiet surround you in this house nestled in the mountains. Close to everything yet far enough away that you escape the hustle & bustle. Donna was a perfect hostess and even left a birthday cupcake in the fridge for us upon check in. Stop looking and rent this lovely peaceful spot today!
Wonderful time at the Treehouse
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. We found everything to be in order and the birthday card and cupcake was an unexpected surprise! We were able to do some fishing and also enjoy the fire pit. We found the house to be out of the way and quiet, yet close enough to activities and town. We hope we are able to return for another great stay.
Thank you very much! I am so happy you enjoyed your stay! Certainly looking forward to having you back. Warm Regards. Donna
Very nice house with beautiful landscaping.
The noise was birdsong. Very restful and healing for the soul!
You have my thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences on the passing of your mother. I am so sorry.
There must have been a glitch in the system, because I gave you a 5 star on how you left the cabin. Hope you can return again some day. Warm Regards Donna
We spent a week at this lovely place & wished we could have stayed longer. I was celebrating my 50th Brevard College reunion & decided to come for the entire week. The house was perfect and so cozy when we came in on those cold nights after reunion activities. We had never explored the Dupont Forest, so that was an added bonus - not to mention the fall foliage. Triple Falls and Pretty Place are a must. There were other falls, but our 70+ year-old bodies were not willing. I would like to return in the warmer months and do some serious "porch sitting" and take in the beautiful view. Thank you, Donna, for sharing your piece (peace) of heaven!
I am so happy you enjoyed the "Land of the Waterfalls". And especially happy to hear you enjoyed the Treehouse. We are looking forward to having you return. Warm Regards.. Donna
wonderful mountain get-away!
Our family thouroughly enjoyed the Treehouse @ Golden Pond! The pictures on the web page didn't do the updated rooms justice! The home had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! Our trip was last minute & Donna & Rose were very accomodating! We especially enjoyed the fireplace, fishing pond & trails! We can't wait to come back!
I am so glad you had a wonderful experience while visiting our mountains. Looking forward to seeing you again! Happy Holidays!
Our family stayed in this...
Our family stayed in this lovely Treehouse, for 3 days over our childrens spring break 4/09. We loved the peacefulness of the location, the wonderful pond, ducks and fishing and feeding the fish were our treat upon coming home after a day of hiking. Donna and her husband are wonderful hosts, the while doves were the iceing on the cake, as was the nightly fires we enjoyed over the outdoor fire pit. Cedar Mountain, is not next door to downtown Brevard, so take your items including Ice to the cabin with you, but we would not have traded the drive on reasonover road if we had the chance. We will be back. NOTE" I am a tripadvisor memeber and will be posting this on tripadvisor as well, to those who are very picky, you will not be disappointed! The Wells Family
