Charmingly decorated with bright colors and oak hardwood floors. A fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets and granite countertops. An office with wireless internet service, and plenty of work space. This condo is an end unit with many windows and a wrap-around lanai creating a nice bright living area. There is a PRIVATE PARKING space in the covered garage for this unit.

The Riviera Club is one of the nicest condo complexes on the gulf side of the island. It features a large heated swimming pool with waterfall, a hot tub, and 2 gas grills located outside the screened-in clubhouse. The grounds are lush and well maintained.
