What makes this cabin unique

This house is conveniently located just blocks from downtown McCall. Once you arrive, you will not have to worry about driving. Payette lake is just a 5 minute walk. Back yard is very peaceful and private. Not unusual to see deer hanging around while you are drinking your morning coffee on the deck.

Great with minor issues

  • 4 of 5

Nice home. Lots of rooms. Kids had fun. Only concern was that there was no internet as advertised. We had picked this home over other homes because of the internet availability. Small bummer but we're still happy. Mark is a nice guy. He called and apologized for the mix up. Highly recommend the house.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry about the internet mix-up. We had the service on hold during the fall and failed to get it reactivated prior to your stay. The internet is back up and running for future guests. Thanks again for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience. Mark

Beautiful cabin in the best location!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I can't say enough good things about our stay in this cabin. We loved the location and the chance to walk to all our favorite spots. This cabin even has wifi which was needed for our working remote family members. There were 14 of us and every family had their own room and almost own bathroom. There was plenty of living space as well. The backyard was phenomenal. We ate outside every night and made a fire to roast mallows. The backyard was so pretty we ended up taking our family pics back there, too! There's plenty of parking as well. We were able to keep the boat on the side of the house and still had room for more cars. We were even able to park one of our cars in the garage which was also nice to store other things.

The owner, Mark, was always quick to respond to emails and was always very helpful.

We will definitely stay at this cabin the next time we vacation in McCall. We all loved it so much and didn't want to leave.

A great New Years get a way for a great price with all the comforts clean and cozy.

  • 5 of 5

I have to say this was really nice, the owner worked with us on a few special details and made everything work out perfectly. 4 small families, we each had our own rooms, parking was ample, a fox showed up to visit us, and made this one of the best New Years in a long time for all of us. The kids will definitely remember it. The house was nice, clean, warm, and accommodating. Our biggest problem was not having a pizza cutter to cut our pizza's. Needless to say, we all really enjoyed the house and our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the winter time, its right in town, close to stores, we went snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, down hill skiing, and went to a hot springs - ALL very close and easy to access. Thanks again.

Super Location!

  • 5 of 5

We filled the house for our small family reunion and found the beds to be quite comfortable! The kitchen was nicely stocked, although it would have been nice to have a large electric griddle. The stove top griddle provided did do the job so no real complaint there. We had enough hot water for showers and enough space to enjoy each other's company while playing games and visiting. The yard is spacious and the trees were perfect to hang a couple of hammocks! We enjoyed using the fire pit and the picnic tables on the back patio. Though we were in town we felt very secluded! We were within easy walking distance to town which was nice for avoiding any parking issues. We thoroughly enjoyed a doe and her 2 fawns as they bedded down near the fire pit a couple of the quiet afternoons. I would rent this place again without hesitation!
