----- Painting in the complex starts July 2 and is expected to be finished September 1. Building "E" is not scheduled to be painted but there will be work throughout the complex.
----- The current schedule shows this unit in "E" building will have pavers installed in the parking lot Aug. 20-25. (Other areas of "E" building will have pavers installed Aug. 27-Sept. 1)
-----Building "E" will not have elevators during a portion of September. However, the exact dates are unknown at this time.
----- The pool is scheduled to be closed Sept. 24-Oct. 5. Guests may use the Sundial Resort swimming pool.
Projects include new driveways, painting, electrical upgrades and more. At times, elevators will be unavailable for use. There will be noise associated with these projects. Parking will be limited. Completion is subject to construction delays and weather conditions. Dates may be changed without notice. There will be no compensation given due to these projects. Sundial E308 is a privately owned two bedroom, two bathroom plus den condo located in building E on the third floor. Enjoy stunning beach front views from the screened in porch. With tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, this nicely updated condo offers a tropical decor. The master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a guest bathroom just outside. The open den offers large flat panel TV and sleeper sofa. Off the living room is sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch with beach front views. The updated kitchen offers hard surface countertops and dining area.
