Furnishings / Features:
Lone Eagle #3036 is as good as it gets in Keystone. You'll be downright stunned as you walk through the double doors on the 4th floor and are greeted by more than you can imagine to make this property the best in all of Keystone. From the high-end furnishings to the breathtaking view, this property is luxury inside and out. About 2200 Sqft allows for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Featuring views like you only see in glossy magazines, cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances throughout.

Kitchen - Just as you enter through the double doors into this luxury property, you'll see the amazing kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a breakfast bar that seats 3-5 people. Top quality cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a gas range make this kitchen one of the nicest in all of Keystone Colorado at Lone Eagle. Spacious and big, multiple people can be helping to prepare a meal at the same time without getting in each other's way.


Living Room - Decked out with a huge leather sofa, three sitting chairs, a large coffee table, a big screen TV, home theater surround sound, and a nice warm gas log fireplace. Lots of space for your entire group to gather and watch the game. If you are tired of TV, let the skiers and snowboarders entertain you! The large windows provide an excellent view of Dercum's Dash merging into River Run Trail.

Dining area - The dining area is open to the living room, so you can continue to enjoy the spectacular view as you dine. This solid wood table and cloth chairs are regal enough for a board meeting, but comfortable enough for the family to enjoy Christmas Dinner together. It seats eight to ten and provides plenty of space for that turkey dinner.

Bar area - What is more convenient than a butler's pantry? If you enjoy entertaining, Lone Eagle 3036 is equipped with this luxury and can allow you to host an evening with ease. With a little creativity, your group can concoct cosmos and martinis that would outdo the best cocktail party. Or, think simple and serve a selection of wine that you have chilled in the wine cooler. The mini-sink allows for easy clean up.

Master bedroom - If you are traveling with friends, make sure to stake your claim on the master bedroom! This room is pure indulgence. The king size bed is outfitted in high end bedding that will tempt you to sleep in instead of hitting Keystone for first tracks. This room is furnished with a mahogany bed frame and art that reminds you just how cozy it is in the condo. The five piece master bath is your own private spa! The jetted tub is behind doors that open up to the bedroom, so bathe in privacy, or enjoy the view of the mountain as you relax after a day of skiing... or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. The walk-in shower is done in a tasteful tile pattern. There are two sinks separated by the shower, so each of you will have plenty of space to get ready for a night out. The spacious walk in closet allows you to spread out all of your ski gear and bulky winter sweaters so nothing is in your way.

2nd Master bedroom - The second master suite is nearly as opulent as the first. The king size bed frame is a distressed wood with the look of Victorian comfort. High end bedding provides comfort that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The imprinted comforter is complimented by the lively area carpet, lending the whole room a rich, warm feel. With plenty of closet space, you will not feel as though you are living out of your luggage. The five piece master bath is equipped with a bath, separate shower and dual sinks. This room also includes a desk, making it easy check your email, but who can bear to work when you're this close to the mountain? Why not relax in front of the flat screen TV and watch a DVD instead, the good life at Lone Eagle in Keystone Colorado?

Guest room - This room is decorated with artifacts from when Keystone Colorado was the land of the wild west. The twin beds in this room are perfect for the kids. They will enjoy watching the skiers from this room as well. At night, the stars appear close enough to touch! This Lone Eagle room is also equipped with a flat screen LCD TV and built in DVD player. The attached bathroom is equipped with a shower, tub, and single sink.

2nd Guest room - The Aspen Room has windows on two walls, so you can lie in bed and enjoy a view of the slopes. The aspen leaf artwork creates an elegant, outdoorsy feel. As with all of the other bedrooms, the view of the slopes can't be beat! This Lone Eagle bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen LCD TV and built in DVD player. The bathroom across the hall is equipped with a shower, tub and single sink.

Balcony - Right off of the living room is the balcony that is equipped with a gas grill and four bar height chairs and a bistro style table and an overhead heater to take the edge off of those chilly winter days at Lone Eagle. Imagine heading back to your condo for a lunch of grilled New York Strip rather than having stale, overpriced pizza at the lodge. What a great place to snuggle under a blanket with a peppermint hot chocolate on a snowy night!

Private laundry room - No going down the hall to do your laundry! This Lone Eagle condominium has its own laundry room with high efficiency front loading washer and dryer.

Linen service and maintenance - Our property is managed by Keystone Resort, a Vail Resorts Company. It therefore includes full linen service, key service and 24x7 maintenance.

Fees and deposit - A $1500 damage deposit is required on all rentals.

About the owner: We are a Denver-based family. We love skiing and regularly enjoy the great activities, shops and restaurants the Keystone River Run Village has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Keystone, CO, USA:
We chose to buy this condo because of its unique ski-in/ski-out location at the base of the mountain, its very large size and amazing mountain views. We also love Keystone as a ski resort because it offers a variety of terrain and it is easy to move around the mountain, even for children. The main ski school for children and adults is just steps away from the condo. Finally the convenience of River Run Village, just a 2-minute walk away, is a big plus. UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 4th floor 4 Bedroom/4 Bath, 2200 sq ft unit is just what you have been looking for! When you enter the condo, you will notice the superb space, the high-end furnishings, the generous warm natural light and spectacular views of the ski slopes. VIEWS ***** (5 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you the absolute BEST ski slope views you will find to watch the skiers come down to the base of River Run. You won't find better views than this. FULL SERVICE & ATTENTION TO DETAIL ***** (5 Stars) Guests love the constantly replenished fresh towels by the gym, steam room and pool area and the daily paper in the lobby area. Kids love the granola bars and hot chocolate available in the owners' lounge. Our condo offers free Internet access in two modes, wired and wireless, and wifi access is available in all public spaces in the building.
