With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Great location central to everything

Love the apartment, very clean, modern. Excellent location that will get you anywhere you need to go in Seattle. Parking garage is...difficult. Keep in mind that this is on 3rd Ave, which is on the main line of bus service, and th there is a stop right below the apartment. It can be loud and service starts early and runs late. If you have problems sleeping, this is not the area for you. If you want to be in the middle of everything downtown has to offer...great restaurants, music, access to Pike, Seattle Center, Ferries, transportation...this is a great space.

Great place

We felt very welcomed when we arrived at the rental. It looked more like a luxury hotel setting. The amazing robes were my favorite. The location was great. A lot of great places within walking distance. Parking in the building was a major convenience!!!

A car is most definitely optional when staying here, as there are lots of restaurants, shopping, plus some of Seattle's most famous sites within walking distance. And we don't charge for parking, so if you want to have a car, we make it super easy for you!

Cozy with all details covered

Family of 4 stayed here for three nights while visiting Seattle. Great to have free parking and be within walking distance of everything downtown, space needle, pike's market, etc. We enjoyed the gym and the views from the rooftop deck. A couple of small grocery stores are within walking distance - a Fred Meyer is a bit further away. Room was clean and well-described. Oasis Vacations did a wonderful job managing the place.
