About the property

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis vacation rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle is efficient in floor plan, but fully equipped with a real bedroom, full kitchen and separate living room.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Great location! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a great ladies weekend!

  • 4 of 5

The only complaint is the sketchy people outside of the apartment waiting at the bus stop. The bus stop is directly in front of the apartment and a couple of the people waiting were inappropriate in their actions.

Great place for a Seattle visit.

  • 4 of 5

The location of this apartment could not be better! It is close to so many restaurants and coffee shops, plus it is an easy walk to downtown or the space needle area. The apartment is small, but worked well for two people. The welcome packet of water, coffee and tea and various other goodies was unexpected. The apartment was very well equipped; however, the several of the towels were stained and need replacing.

Getting into the building and apartment was a bit tricky, but the management service was quick to answer the phone and help out. Having parking was excellent. More information about the parking situation, parking pass, location of garage access, etc., would be good to have in the check in information.

On a main bus route, but the noise didn't bother us.

Great location central to everything

  • 5 of 5

Love the apartment, very clean, modern. Excellent location that will get you anywhere you need to go in Seattle. Parking garage is...difficult. Keep in mind that this is on 3rd Ave, which is on the main line of bus service, and th there is a stop right below the apartment. It can be loud and service starts early and runs late. If you have problems sleeping, this is not the area for you. If you want to be in the middle of everything downtown has to offer...great restaurants, music, access to Pike, Seattle Center, Ferries, transportation...this is a great space.

We felt very welcomed when we arrived at the rental. It looked more like a luxury hotel setting. The amazing robes were my favorite. The location was great. A lot of great places within walking distance. Parking in the building was a major convenience!!!

Owner's Response: This is not your average vacation rental, and we take a lot of pride in that. Thank you for your kind words about your stay, we appreciate you taking the time to do a review. A car is most definitely optional when staying here, as there are lots of restaurants, shopping, plus some of Seattle's most famous sites within walking distance. And we don't charge for parking, so if you want to have a car, we make it super easy for you!
