Excellent experience!. Immaculate condo with a million dollar view. Golf across the street, food store 5 minutes away, beach 10 minutes away, crashing waves at night, wifi in the unit for good connectivity and an Italian restaurant at the community building 60 yards away. The weather in Princeville can be dicey but even that cooperated. Recommend highly

Amazed again

This was my second time staying at this amazing residence. Everything here is so perfect htat you really don't want to leave the area! PERFECT views with everything you need already in the place. Washer/dryer and beach necessities as well as kitchen utensils all the stuff you don't get at a motel. If you don't want to cook, the Hideaways Pizza Pub is a great place to get dinner! I'll be back soon!

Awesome view

The best thing about this condo is the VIEW. Spectacular. My husband and I brought my parents to Kauai with us for their first visit ever and we had a great time. However, we had a few issues. The instructions from the property manager were not clear; we received an email that had two different codes for the lock box (we did not notice this until we arrived). Thankfully, one of the codes worked. Also, the wireless router did not work; the code given to us in the email was not the correct code. Because we arrived on a Saturday, we were not able to call the property manager until Monday to get the correct information. The photos of the kitchen/living area are a bit deceiving. The photos online show stools at the counter in the kitchen. In reality, those stools would never fit and were no where to be found in the condo. The space is very tight in the living area. Two people could not be in the kitchen at the same time it was so narrow. The beds were all VERY firm; I like a firm mattress, but these were almost painful. The top sheet on the upstairs bedroom had a big tear in it that my husband kept getting caught up in, thereby, tearing it even more! My husband likes to sleep with two pillows and there were only two on the bed. We found two more in the closet...yay! Only to realize there were no extra pillow cases to put on them. Strange. The condo could use a very thorough cleaning; the light fixture in the upstairs bathroom shower was so full of bugs it kind of grossed us out. The first impression upon arriving was not great because of the filthy "welcome" mat - not very welcoming at all. The downstairs bedroom closet was so crammed full of boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels that there was no room for my parents to store their suitcases. And the snorkel gear consisted of ONE pair of fins, ONE snorkel and NO masks..very disappointing to find that out when we were anxious to go down to the private beach to snorkel. The paved path to the beach was great, however, much too steep for my parents to navigate. My husband and I went down to the beach twice and it's quite an incline (25% or so). All in all, it was a nice stay and we would stay there again if we could be assured that some of the issues we encountered were addressed.

Amazing view!!!

Loved the condo. The view was spectacular! Was a little tough without the air conditioning but got used to it. A fan over kitchen table would really help or screen door on front door for air flow. Some other places had electronic grills that would be nice. Also cleaning supplies like windex left there could have been helpful. All in all those are minor. We loved staying there.

Perfect location, beautiful beach, close to Hanalei Bay and Aninni Beach. Two couples fit comfortably.

CONS: The really hard mattresses in the downstairs bedroom was like sleeping on concrete!

Just as pictured - beautiful views.

We very much enjoyed our experience at this condo in Princeville. The photos are absolutely accurate - the condo itself and moreover the view are exactly as pictured. The unit is well stocked with kitchenware and there's a first floor closet filled with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and more. The condo complex is in a convenient location - it's not far to the airport, and easy to take day trips around the island and end back up on the north shore for stunning sunsets. We also found the management company to be fast and responsive when we had questions or problems (eg the toaster stopped working and they brought us a new one within hours). My only suggestion for improvement involves the beds and bedding - the beds on the first floor (2 full beds) were incredibly (painfully) firm. We had to sleep on top of the comforters in order to avoid waking up with back pain. The bedding (and linens in general) is also cheap and could use some updating. Considering how important a good night's rest is, I've taken off a full star for this. Otherwise, this condo (same views as the St. Regis) is absolutely worth every penny.
