Situated at the bottom of the Four O’clock run, this beautiful remodeled Sawmill Creek two bedroom ground-level, ski-in condo is a very nice corner unit with a flat screen television, wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops in the kitchen, customized bathrooms and a private washer and dryer. Staying for New Year's Eve? Enjoy the fireworks that can be seen directly from the living room condo windows. Sawmill Creek condo complex features two indoor hot tubs, shared grills, stunning town and mountain views, and covered parking. Take the bus to the lift that stops right at the end of the driveway and ski back down to the complex at the end of your day. Or walk just one block to Main Street and partake in the dining and shopping Breckenridge has to offer. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

March 2018 Stay
We loved staying at Sawmill 109! It slept 8 people comfortably and had everything we needed. Awesome location to the slopes and to town! Kyle Barnitt is a fabulous employee at Great Western Lodging. Totally an asset to the team!
Perfect Breckenridge cabin, close enough to town and sking
This cabin has everything you need: ski in via 4 O’Clock Run, walkable to downtown and the gondola, right by a shuttle stop, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space for 7, and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here!
August 2017 Stay
The location is great for a summer stay in Breckenridge. You can walk to everything that you need. We are a family of 4, there was enough room for everyone in the condo. I would stay here again in the summer.
Tired...the picture here is NOT where we stayed!!
This was a bad experience. Had we actually not been "upgraded" (your words, not ours) I suspect the stay would have been quite pleasant. But upgraded in this case meant being moved from an updated, clean and nicely furnished property (of our choosing--see picture above) to an old, tired and dank albeit larger property (of your choosing). I called the property manager to express dissatisfaction, who indicated she would investigate...apparently she's still investigating because I received no return call.
This was our first poor experience with VRBO. I was less disappointed with the property itself than I was with the email "spin" (fabrication) of this being a "free upgrade". That took this from being a disappointing property experience to a disappointing character experience, which is not good since VRBO is in the TRUST business. I've trusted VRBO in the past such that I refer others to you...such future actions will be on pause for a while.
I have another trip planned mid-year, and it's for a milestone wedding anniversary. I am hoping to see a return back to the consistency and integrity we've enjoyed from VRBO properties in the past. Regards.

Great skiing location with the four o'clock trail. Very close to downtown. No need for a car. The second bedroom is not acceptable for adults. There is not a mattress it was a piece of foam with a child protective piece of plastic. It would be ok for small children. The master bedroom had a full bed.
