This beautiful Penthouse condominium is the ideal place for family get-togethers, or corporate retreats With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with lots of patio chairs and tables. Free Wi-Fi plus DirecTV.

There is a large sparkling pool and a bubbling hot Jacuzzi, not to mention the beach is right out your back door.

Enjoy a spacious penthouse condominium (Suntide II Resort) with a picturesque view of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably furnished deck provides breathtaking views of ships, wildlife, an occasional dolphin and dancing waves for your enjoyment. Incredible Sunrises and Sunsets are picture-taking moments.Our spacious condo (1200 sq.ft) has recently been renovated with a new 50 inch flat screen television, tile floors, fresh paint, new furniture, granite kitchen countertops and a beautiful tile walk-in shower in the Master bath. Sleeping accommodations provide the Master with a King size bed and walk-in closet, the guest bedroom has two double beds and its own closet and bath. The sofa provides a Queen size bed.

The vaulted ceilings give you a window wall for viewing the Gulf. Decorated with wall paneled mirrors, the living room view is expanded with added reflections of the outside beach.

Other Activities: Schlitterbaun Beach Water Park, Deep Sea/Surf/Bay Fishing, Wildlife and Bird Watching, Horseback Riding on the beach, Mexico Guided Tours, Numerous other beach activities like Sand Castle Days and Biker Rally (every October).

Loved the penthouse condo!

Our family of five has stayed at two of the owners' properties and we love them. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The property was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was right on the beach which was very clean and not overly crowded. The rooms were spacious. The balcony and view were awesome. And there was a lot to do within walking distance. Our favorite thing to do was go crab hunting at night! We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful and clean

We stayed here just after Christmas. It was clean, quiet, and the view was fantastic. It was too cold to go swimming, but we did use the hot tub. The sheets were crisp and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were a good size. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen had all we needed. Internet service was fast and easy to use. There is a convenience store a few blocks away if we forgot anything--we could easily walk if the weather were nice.The only thing I would change would be a better door on the master bathroom. The door was more like shutters and didn't give much privacy, but you could close the master bedroom door if you needed to. Overall I would stay here again, just not during spring break because I'm not that wild.

Beautiful view of the gulf.

Property was well cared for. Pool area was very nice. Enjoyed sunrise on the gulf from back of property and sunset from the front. Would have appreciated washer and dryer in unit. Do not like carpet at all so having in both bedrooms was not pleasant. Carpet could have been cleaner also. But I would definitely recommend this unit. Also, they were having issues with the elevator...it was very slow with the descent.

It's all about the ocean!

Amazing, full-on ocean view! It doesn't get better. This property is closer to the beach than many and has its own access. From the condo, we could keep an eye on our family members who were down by the water. The beach was excellent, with clear water, clean sand, and not a lot of crowd.

The condo was roomy, very clean, and tastefully decorated. It's on the top floor, so the vaulted ceilings make it quite airy. Service from the owner (Judy) and the property management (particularly Janette and Adam) was exceptionally friendly. It's an older complex, so don't expect too much gloss, but it was consistent with other properties on the island. The pool was splendidly maintained and we spent a lot of time there. We were able to park under cover every night. A couple of restaurants, a movie theater, a convenient store, and a grocery store were all within a couple of blocks. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen; eating out every meal for a week can be tiring and expensive.

All told, a great experience! We look forward to returning.
