In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis Vacations rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate three guests in a luxury atmosphere, with a private balcony and views of Puget Sound and all of Downtown Seattle. It is located in the trendy and vibrant Belltown neighborhood.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and with a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Centrally located. Clean. Well furnished.

  • 4 of 5

Other than some minor existing maintenance issues, the unit was well supplied, clean, comfortable and perfectly located for walking the city. We would return without hesitation.

Loved our stay here!

  • 5 of 5

This was a wonderful place to spend our time while visiting Seattle! The complex is very safe and secure and also provides secure underground parking. Checking in was very easy as it involves the use of key codes. The apartment itself was very clean and modern. It's also nice to have an apartment rather than a hotel room when traveling as you feel like less of a tourist. They conveniently kept a binder full of nearby restaurants, activities, and resources in the apartment for guests. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to several attractions such as the Pike Place Market. We would definitely recommend this to others!

Nice Condo for Seattle Vacation

  • 4 of 5

My wife and I recently visited Seattle for vacation and stayed in the condo. As previous reviews have stated, there is no central A/C in the building but the owners went above and beyond to make the condo comfortable. An A/C unit is installed in the bedroom and at least five additional fans have been placed in the condo in addition to the ceiling fan in the living room. We kept the sliding door open both day and night and the fall breeze made the place perfectly comfortable. Seattle Oasis is a first class group and made check-in and check-out very easy. They even gifted us a bottle of champagne and card to help us celebrate our first anniversary. The condo is a good location, within a 10 minute walk of Pike Place and the Space Needle. The ferries are an easy 20 minute walk.

The sole reason for the 4-star review rather than 5-star is the construction that was going on in front of the condo. Though it didn't hamper us from doing anything we wanted to do, there was a bit of extra noise during the day. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

A Very Nice Unit, but the CITY is difficult.

  • 4 of 5

We selected this condo for its location....it seemed easy access to things we wanted to see in Seattle. But we were not prepared for the difficulties we encountered with getting around in a busy city. As small town seniors who are only borderline tech savvy, we found Seattle to be difficult. We could not approach the building and park in the loading zone to which we had been directed in our arrival instructions because construction had eliminated the loading zone. Once we gained entry to the building we found ourselves "stuck" in the garage because we did not know that the garage door opener also contained a security key swipe that was needed to activate the elevator. And while there was a tenant information book in the unit, that book seemed to provide information for all of Belltown and did not provide much information specific to our unit.....such as where we might find the closest grocery store. The kitchen was very nice, but we had nothing to cook and venturing out (in the early evening after a SeaHawks game) we seemed to find only bars....and lots of people smoking along the way.

The unit itself was very comfortable, except for the lack of hangers in the closet . It was nicely stocked with little comforts like cotton balls and qtips but there were no kleenex, which seemed strange. We had to call the managers more often than I have ever done in our many VRBO rentals and they were always polite and helpful, but we were without TV for two of the three nights that we were there due to a cable problem and each time we called it seemed like a "new problem" for the "team member" who took the call. That said, we did get a real person each time we called and that in itself seemed a lot better than much of Seattle which appears to be run by computers and kiosks!
