Enjoy our 1200 sqft Luxury dockside Penthouse, with 2 full bedrooms plus den / 3rd bedroom, with 2 decks, floor to ceiling windows, 270 degree views to south and west. Tastefully decorated in 2010 with all new furniture with high end fixtures, with granite, bamboo and glass. Also enjoy private access to the 4,000 sq foot rooftop deck garden, with views in all directions.

Living room and dining area have sweeping views, from the Inner Harbour and Empress Hotel to the southeast, stretching over the city to the mountains and water to the west. Luxury leather furnishings, large flat screen HD TV with blu-ray and stereo, iPod dock. Gourmet Kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, large island, all new cookware and table settings.

Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, expansive views over the Inner Harbour and city to the south, HDTV, iHome with iPod dock, and full en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower. Hair dryer provided.

Second bedroom has queen size bed, full en-suite bath, and private balcony and deck chairs looking west to the mountains and Juan de Fuca strait. iHome with iPod dock.

We have lived in Victoria for many years, and love living here so much that we leapt at the chance to buy this condo - right on the edge of downtown, with great views, as well as peace and quiet. We hope to retire there someday, but for now we hope people will come and enjoy our condo as though it were their own, and grow to love Victoria as much as we do.

We chose to buy this unit in one of the world's most advanced energy friendly project - Dockside Green - to take advantage of the beautiful location on the edge of downtown of one of the world's top vacation destinations with the thought of eventually retiring there. Dockside Green is a unique 15-acre master planned harbour front community built for true environmental sustainability. The project has won numerous international awards for its 'green' design, recognized as a LEED Platinum certified project, the highest possible rating. The complex is located on the waterside downtown walkway, and the famous regional Bike Trail - the 'Galloping Goose'. This is the ideal location for enjoying everything Victoria has to offer.

My husband and I were in Victoria to buy a condo, and staying at Dockside Green gave us a look at one of the best properties in Victoria,from one of the best apartments in the complex, and relaxing evenings with dinners overlooking the harbor. We were minutes from everything we needed to do downtown, as well as some "sightseeing" .

Would love living here, but out of our range for now!

This condo can't be beat!!! The view was breathtaking and the location couldn't have been any closer to the main part of Victoria. It was everything we were hoping for and more. It was furnished with everything that you would want. Jane was so gracious and hospitable it made the stay so enjoyable. Would love to stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

We absolutely loved the condo!! Modern, clean, super-comfy beds, terrific wall of windows and balcony, everything we could possibly have needed to feel right at home! Jane was a pleasure to work with! We enjoyed the organic bakery and coffee shop just below and the easy walk to the grocery store. Our family of 5 had tons of space- the kids didn't want to leave! Easy walk into town or rent a bike right there on the corner! Victoria is an absolute charm! Our favorite activity was walking the miles of paths along the coast and hiking the rocky coastline- beautiful weather, fresh air, gorgeous sights! Love how green the area is, recycling a priority everywhere! This is a place we will return and who know- certainly a place we could live one day!!! Thank you for such a lovely stay Jane!!

A beautiful, quiet condo from which to explore and enjoy Victoria!

Great location and views; easy walking distance to city centre, restaurants, entertainment, spas, shopping, and exploring. There is a trailhead located across the street and the Bike Store next door had good bikes to rent. A well stocked kitchen made it easy to pick up groceries and cook some of our own meals; layout of the condo gave plenty of space for six women to visit, read or work on a project while someone was cooking. The week flew by... we are already planning to return in a few years. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your penthouse Jane!

A very excellent and enjoyable place to sample Victoria life!

The penthouse was the perfect place for our visit to Victoria. We all enjoyed how comfortable, clean and well stocked this home away from home was. Being right around the corner from a coffee, cheese/deli shop, and bakery was amazing!!! We pretty much visited everyday for a perfect dose of caffeine, some fresh pastries and bread, and finished the day with a nice cheese selection to go with the craft beers we picked up. The location was great - we logged a lot of steps during our weekend stay crossing the bridge everyday into Victoria to dine and explore. Thank you Jane! You made us feel welcome and your restaurant recommendation for Il Terrazzo was super!!!

Beautiful view and perfectly located.

This condo is perfectly located in an area of Victoria that is not too busy and not too noisy, but close enough to walk everywhere in the city. There is a secured parking garage in the condo building with a dedicated parking spot for the condo. There is shopping and dining right across the street so that you do not need to drive to get a quick meal or groceries. There is also a wonderful coffee shop/bakery, Caffe Fantastico/Fol Epi Bakery, around the corner from the building's main entry.

The condo's view is breathtaking, even better than the pictures on Homeaway. During our last evening in the condo we watched the main bridge into downtown being raised for a passing barge, awesome! The condo is spotlessly clean, and everything works perfectly; tv/cable, internet connectivity, shower, appliances, and always plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well stocked with ample dish ware, utensils, pots and pans, and basic pantry items; spices, sugar, tea, etc. There are two balconies, one next to the dining/living room and one next to the 2nd bedroom. Both balconies have seating. This seems ideal if you were to stay in the condo with another couple you could have alone time on your own balcony. This condo also shares the roof top area with just two other condos. We never encountered other people on our visits to the roof. Jane met us when we arrived at the condo and gave us a guided tour of the condo, which was extremely helpful.
