Enjoy the convenience of the small shopping center directly across the street complete with a grocery store, restaurants, and a few misc. shops. Churches and other restaurants are also nearby.
This beautifully appointed 4th floor, corner unit has been updated throughout. Some of the updates include: new carpeting, porcelain tile, updated bathrooms, spacious kitchen with updated appliances. Washer/dryer in the unit for added convenience. Relax in the family room and enjoy the amazing views or kick-back and watch the 35"cable TV on the relaxing reclining furniture. Retreat to the master bedroom that has a private bathroom with recently redone shower, and enjoy the sunrises from the large corner windows or enjoy the 30" TV. The guestroom features a 19' TV/DVD player--ideal for children or grandchildren.

We live in Orlando so we are not far away! We both work and have thoroughly enjoyed our second home over the years. I am always quick to respond to any renter's needs or questions. I have received a few excellent reviews recently so you can feel confident renting from me.

The main reasons we own this property are easy. We had been coming to this beach for many summers and decided to get our own place here. It has been our second home for 15 years and we have improved many things about it over the years. The property itself is not too large - only 50 units - so it is seldom too crowded and usually nice and quiet.
This particular property has a lot going for it:
- We were able to get a unit on the end of the building on the ocean. That 4th floor balcony overlooking that beautiful ocean is my favorite place on earth.
- The beach is a non-driving beach. We greatly prefer this and do not like cars on the beach for many reasons - the smell, the noise, the crowd and of course it's safer for everyone without them there. And I don't really want to look at them when I have an ocean and a beach to enjoy! :-)
- Our building is relatively small - only 50 units total. Rarely is the pool overcrowded, as there are several residents who live here all year long and several others who rarely rent their second homes.

Just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We had the pleasure of staying at your amazing Hacienda del Sol Condo Rental 327113 for seven days recently. It was truly a five star accommodation with everything we needed to experience a perfect, relaxing vacation. It’s true when they say location, location, location! You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this and it also has an very refreshing, inviting pool. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony just enjoying the sun, ocean sounds and breezes. The owners put a lot of effort into providing all the comforts of home.
Craig, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Anytime we e-mailed or texted him with questions, he would reply almost immediately. The response time was awesome and we found the same helpful, welcoming behavior dealing with the property manager who greeted us when we arrived. We also appreciated the tips and recommendations suggested for restaurants and sightseeing.
What a beautiful, heavenly place to stay. It was extremely nice to get away from the cold, cloudy, snowy weather and stay in an oceanfront condo with a serene setting, which created the perfect environment for relaxation. There were views of the ocean from the living room, bedrooms and a balcony. It was so pleasant to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean crashing on the beach and what astonishing sunrises and sunsets! It was especially nice to be located on a part of the beach where no vehicles are allowed to drive, which made the scene calm and peaceful.
Good luck in the future and thanks for allowing us to make such wonderful memories. We will be back in New Smyrna Beach and we will definitely want to stay with you again! How about the first week of April, 2017? Please keep us in mind.
Its a home away from home. We have stayed here 2 seasons now and have been very happy. Your view of the ocean from the balcony is great. Nicely furnished and updated with plenty of supplies for you to work with. Big plus is washer and dryer right in the unit. If you have any problems or concerns Craig is a phone call away to help you out. The beach and pool are great with plenty of space for you and your family. Would recommend.... its worth the stay......
This unit exceeded my expectations - and I have high expectations! Beautifully remodeled and fully appointed, it has everything you need for a relaxing home-away-from-home experience, and you can't beat the view!
We have nothing but raves for our time in this unit. The location is close to everything we love about the New Smyrna area - near wonderful restaurants, the non driving area of the beach and direct oceanfront. The pictures don't do justice to the comfort that we experienced with the furnishings provided and all the utensils when we chose to cook at the unit. Having a washer and dryer were a plus, plus for me. I have no reservation in recommending rental of this little piece of heaven and would be there again this year if not for family obligations. My loss is certainly someone else's gain!
