Our unit is located at The Summit Condominiums on Meridian Boulevard across from Little Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chair lift. Never shovel again; we have underground parking. The Village is less than five minutes away, transportation to Canyon, Main Lodge and the Village stops directly across the street. Less than five minutes from casual to fine dining.

It is a comfortably furnished one bedroom one bath condominium, fully equipped second home with full kitchen, cable TV, DVD, ipod dock, Wi-Fi, microwave, and wood burning fireplace. Saunas and Jacuzzis are adjacent to the building. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a day bed. Shared washer and dryer down the hall.

There are three tennis court, two swimming pools, and a 24 hour exercise facility on the property. The Sierra Star Golf Course is directly across Meridian.

Mammoth is the destination of choice for our family, there isn't a season we do not enjoy. From fishing to skiing, from hiking to sitting in front of a cozy fire, it is the perfect spot to spend time.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is just across from the lifts at Little Eagle, with a Jacuzzi outside our back door. Underground parking, and nearly 800 sq. feet of living space makes it a wonderful retreat.

Great location, easy access into and out of covered parking, right next to jacuzzi and cozy.

Clean, stocked kitchen; efficient floor plan with plenty of space for a family of four. Decor, fixtures and furniture is a bit outdated but comfortable and functional. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

Great value, convenient, clean and cozy.

We have stayed in Mammoth numerous times. The ski in ski out condos have become overpriced so I was searching for a walk to the lift unit. I was skeptical since this unit was such a great value that it would be run down. What a nice surprise when we arrived. It was perfect for our needs. The manager, Daylight, was available and accommodating even before we arrived. Everything worked in the unit and it was well appointed. Our last stay at Juniper Springs was a nightmare so I have stayed away from that complex. Although there are some nice owner operated units there it is pricey. I have already booked this unit for our next stay in February. Highly recommend this one .

great condo, very clean, kitchen is loaded

Much closer to lifts than other Summit buildings. Condo is well taken care of. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and were very pleased with the supplies/utensils. Hot tub in this building is hotter than the other Summit buildings, and the sauna actually works. Short walk to hot tub.

Huge bonus that is rarely touted. Since condo uses a key lockbox AT THE CONDO, you simply put the key back in the box and check out by closing the door. No need to drive into town to drop off keys (which is a big hassle when you are skiing the same day as checkout).

These cons were so minor we still give 5 stars, but here they are:

The TV was complicated to use. But the manager responded very quickly to our questions and we were on our way. The condo is somewhat dark. Partially due to snow covering the outside windows. It could use to some stronger overhead/track lighting.

We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
