This magnificent home is located in the exclusive Cordillera community. The neighborhood spans from the valley floor to the summit peaks, and features four world-class golf courses, as well as the luxurious Cordillera Lodge and Spa. The resort is conveniently situated 20 miles from Eagle Vail Airport, less than two hours from Denver and mere minutes away from the legendary ski resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek

This exclusive property is nestled within over 7,000 acres of rich, high country ranch land, complete with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain peaks, and is truly one of the most unique in all of North America. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, formal dining area, an office complete with a wet bar, a gas fireplace and a downstairs family room with a pool table. This fantastic home combines luxury with unmatched panoramic views of the mountains, as well as plenty of privacy.

Our guests are also able enjoy complimentary phone and Wi-Fi services, a two-car parking garage with a second refrigerator, an outdoor gas BBQ grill, cable television and DVD players, and private hot tub.

Guests have access to the Cordillera facilities including the Timberhearth Grill, fitness facility including fitness classes, and indoor pool which are all open year round.

During the summer Cordillera offers an extensive hiking trail system including 21 trails which cover more than 33 miles throughout the community and preserved open space. Cordillera also offers trailheads that access over one million acres of national forest wilderness. In addition to the extensive trail system Cordillera offers tennis and pickle ball courts, an outdoor pool and hot tubs, horseback riding, four world-class golf courses, and the Cordillera Day Camp. The Summit Golf Course serves dinner and has bar service available.

In winter the Cordillera Nordic Center offers 7 miles of groomed track, private and group snowshoe tours, and ski instruction. Cordillera offers a sledding hill for families to sled, tube, and toboggan that is adjacent to the Nordic Center Pro Shop. From mid-December to mid-February weather permitting, Cordillera offers an outdoor ice rink including a warming hut with complimentary hot beverages and lighting for evening skating.

This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of 4 nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

With 3 sons and their families. its getting harder and harder to find a vacation house big enough to fit everyone. Fortunately we found a great one in Cordillera. I originally thought it might be too isolated and found it convenient to slopes and shopping and still quiet in a beautiful setting with great views. Kids enjoyed all the space as did the adults. We are planning our next ski visit.

Outstanding Home!

We just departed Cordillera last week from our 5 month stay this summer and wish we could have stayed longer. This is a terrific home with a very comfortable floor plan, plenty of room for our guests and walking distance from the Cordillera clubhouse and driving range. Everything is first class, including amenities like the hot tub, steam shower, pool table, wrap around deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, natural gas grill, piano; you name it. The kitchen is large and supplied with every necessity. The home faces north/south so the absence of air conditioning was never an issue, even on the warmest days. The management company was very responsive to our requests for minor repairs and maintenance, which were few. Brook and Caleb did a fine job of representing the owner's interests while respecting our privacy, and Jesus handled the minor maintenance problems with skill and a very friendly demeanor. We truly enjoyed our 5 months on Greyhawk Lane, and highly recommend this home.

Large Family Gathering

Our group of 14 has rented this home for summer vacation 2 years in a row. The house sets up great for multiple families. Plenty of bedrooms for adults and a great bunk room to put the kids in. We really love the kitchen and dinning area where we can all fit for family meals.

Furnishings are really nice and very comfortable. I would like to see the tv's upgraded to larger HD models which would make for better viewing of movies and sports by the fireplace at night!!!!

The patio area has a great view down the valley, plenty of furniture and a commercial grade natural gas grill.

We have several small children in our group so having access to the community park, fishing pond and other amenities was really nice.
