Great house and location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a great location – only four blocks to downtown (to a theater, grocery store, to all the shops/restaurants on Marketplace and to all the activities on Lake Champlain). It was clean with everything we needed in terms of linens, kitchen supplies and cleaning/laundry supplies. Soap wasn’t provided in the shower, so bring some. Parking was convenient, located behind the house. I came with my 12-year old son. He liked that there was a small yard in the back to play catch in. The house sits on a busy, well-trafficked street, so if you are like me you won’t sleep with the windows open which was too bad given the beautiful weather in the summer evenings. You will be living in the heart of college students as Champlain College is all around you. We were there in the summer, so it was totally fine. There weren’t loud parties or anything. Overall, this house was perfect for our needs!

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this property with 3 adults and 2 children. The location between the UVM campus and downtown Burlington was convenient. Our visit was unseasonably cool but the home was cozy. Our umbrella broke during the trip so it would have been nice to have a back up at the house (if there was one I wasn't able to locate it ;-). A washer and dryer were on property which we used because my kids are magnets for food messes! I only noted that the washer had dirt and debris in it that required an empty prewash. Perhaps some floor mats were washed the cycle before. All in all a good visit to Burlington at a comfortable home!

Wonderful vacation home

  • 5 of 5

Our short stay in Burlington was excellent, and this house is perfect. The home is clean, beautifully furnished, roomy, comfortable, and has everything you need. We relaxed on the front porch at night. The location is walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved American Flatbread, and Skinny Pancake. Tricia was wonderful to work with, excellent communication. We would love to go again in the future, and recommend this house to anyone planning to go to the Burlington area! Thank you very much!!

Charming house in a great location

  • 5 of 5

Located within a walking distance of everything downtown Burlington has to offer, this house is a great pick. The place was spotlessly clean and the owner really accommodating. We will certainly try to rent it again on our next visit to Burlington.
