Large beautiful Sundowner II condo offers ski in (just across the street behind Pine Ridge Condos), walk to the Snowflake lift or take the free shuttle. Shuttle will take you to the Snowflake lift, Beaver Run, gondola or Peak 8.

One and a half block walk to all of the fantastic Breckenridge night life, shopping, and restaurants!

Unit 224 is located on the second floor which is accessed from the underground garage elevator. No need to worry about unloading your luggage, skis and groceries in the snow. Our heated garage shelters you and your car!

All new kitchen stainless steel appliances.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with large shower. Each bed has a luxurious alternative down comforter covered in a beautiful duvet. Duvet is cleaned for each new guest! Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities.

Brand new leather sofa in living room converts to a very comfortable queen size bed (memory foam mattress). Matching new leather loveseat. New flat screen TV.

Relax in the Sundowner II hot tub after a day on the slopes, or take a short walk to the Upper Village pool and jacuzzis, which are open year round!

Washer and dryer is located in the unit. The unit also has a private secured wireless high speed internet connection.

We have a private, ski/snowboard storage closet located right outside the front door of each condo. A great place to store your equipment when you return 'home'. There is also a bike rack in the garage for summer fun.

Enjoyed some pre-season skiing and the holiday lights festival in Breck - so pretty and what fun to see the Santa fun and tree lighting too. Great restaurants in this town! Loved the location, hot tub, and plenty of room! Hope to be back!

Great location, nice jacuzzi, good accomodations

Incredibly convenient location to downtown. Kitchen and dining area were nice, but a few repairs needed. My bed was great, but my son said his was a bit soft (but he is a big guy!). Overall a great stay.

Spacious for 2 couples, close to downtown. Could improve with some basic maintenance.

Karen's place was very spacious for 2 couples. It was a short walk to downtown and a minute bus ride to the snowflake lift! We really enjoyed our stay.

A couple things I would recommend the family fix include: making sure all heaters in the home are working properly, improved access to repairmen(there was a concern with the door lock), improved properties hot tubs (only one was hot- typically very busy in this one and the pool was cold).

Other than that, communication was great and the fireplace was nice after a long cold day.

Great Ski in, Walk to the lift condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo. It’s easy to walk to the snowflake lift and at the end of the day, we can ski down the Four O’clock slope (just across the street.) Also it’s very close to Main Street too, so we walked to everywhere! There was an elevator in the building, so it was very easy to carry our luggage, skis and groceries. The unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We loved that lots of sun light comes into the rooms. On the balcony we always saw a beautiful icicle. It was like a natural chandelier! When we had a very minor problem, which was that the humidifier was broken, Karen (the owner) and the property manager were so quick to respond and they took care of it immediately. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so it was so easy to clean our clothes while we were staying for 5 weeks. We would love to come back this condo again! Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!!

Great location and comfortable accommodations

This condo was perfect for us for a two week stay in Breckenridge. The location is perfect as it is close enough to Main that you can go back and forth with ease. The beds were pretty comfortable (everyone likes their own, home bed better of course) and everything worked very well. The owner and management company were very helpful and easy to work with. The parking garage and elevator made it very accessible. For the winter, the ski locker is quite handy. It was very clean, quiet and a great place from which you can enjoy Breckenridge.

Spendid Summer Stay

Had a great stay in a very nice condo. Loved the steam shower in the morning. Very close walk to town. WiFi was very handy as well. We had three couples staying in the same complex and the kids were able to play in the courtyard.
