Property description

Large beautifully remodeled Sundowner II condo offers ski in (just across the street behind Pine Ridge Condos), walk to the Snowflake lift or take the free shuttle. Shuttle will take you to the Snowflake lift, Beaver Run, gondola or Peak 8.

One and a half block walk to all of the fantastic Breckenridge night life, shopping, and restaurants!

Unit 224 is located on the second floor which is accessed from the underground garage elevator. No need to worry about unloading your luggage, skis and groceries in the snow. Our heated garage shelters you and your car!

All new kitchen stainless steel appliances.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV with Google Chromecast, and bathroom with large shower. Each bed has a luxurious alternative down comforter covered in a beautiful duvet. Duvet is cleaned for each new guest!

Leather sofa in living room converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. New memory foam mattresses January 2014 for the sleeper sofas.

Relax in the Sundowner II hot tub after a day on the slopes, or take a short walk to the Upper Village pool and jacuzzis, which are open year round!

Washer and dryer is located in the unit. The unit also has a private secured wireless high speed internet connection.

We have a private, ski/snowboard storage closet located right outside the front door of each condo. A great place to store your equipment when you return 'home'. There is also a bike rack in the garage for summer fun.

About the owner: Business owners whose favorite destination is Breckenridge, Colorado. It is a fantastic vacation spot for all four seasons! We have been traveling to the Summit area for nearly 30 years with our kids. They loved it so much, that they have moved to Boulder and Breckenridge!
