This amazing Mediterranean beach house boast 3,000 sf with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is just steps away from West Cliff Drive. It is less than a block from the famous Cowell’s beach stairs. Cowell’s has perfect waves to learn how to surf. The house has every comfort of home; and is newer construction with many upgrades. There are three master bedrooms, all have their own bathrooms, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

The house offers a large balcony with a bbq and ocean/wharf views. Enjoy the outdoor gas fire place on the front patio or soak in the massive hot tub in the private backyard. The location of the house is one of the best beach rentals with an easy walk, less than a mile to the Wharf and world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. There are many options for entertainment and great restaurants, tempting beach cocktails and great shopping for all of your surf wear and souvenirs. Light House field and the surf museum are within walking distance, just a few short blocks; also the world class waves at Steamer’s Lane; that tempt world famous surfers and is home to numerous surf contests. Included with the rental are beach chairs,sand toys, surf/boggie boards for your use, eight beach cruisers and kids bikes to ride along the paved ocean walk on famous West Cliff Drive. A short walk (approximately 1.5 miles) or bike cruise to downtown Santa Cruz, home of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, night life and great live music venues. The house is also a 40 minute drive to Monterey and its famous Aquarium and Cannery row. If you head North on highway 1 you will embark on a unforgettable scenic 1.5-hour trip to San Francisco.

Last minute bookings are possible with a two night minimum at a reduced rate. Call to check availability (house manager lives on same street and can get payment and check you in and out )

We are very excited to give you the opportunity to rent our vacation home. We currently live in Granite Bay, CA. We love world travel and meeting new people we spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy our very active five year old. We are open to doing a home exchange at times.

Amazing Home for Large Group

I had a group stay the weekend for the Half Ironman in Santa Cruz. I was impressed with everything. Location, amenities, etc... They had 2 rollaway beds, which were super helpful. Patti was managing the property and was super helpful! They have beach cruisers with locks, a hot tub, a BBQ and plenty of things to do at the house. The location is AMAZING. We walked to Trader Joe's, the beach, and the Boardwalk!

The owner and property managers were always readily accessible and eager to answer any questions. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for our group of five.

Great House; Great Location; Great Experience

If you want a really nice, kid-friendly house a hop, skip, and jump from the beach and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk amusement park, this house is fantastic. Kudos to Garrett (the owner) for making his house so kid-friendly. Lots of toys, games, and bikes; virtually no breakable stuff; and a solid wooden gate for the stairway. His property manager (Patti) is wonderful, too.

I'm sure we'll be back.

Wonderful

Such a wonderful home! Beautiful, great location, ALL the amenities you could want or need - bikes, strollers, beach chairs, wet suits, surf and boogie boards, games, DVDs, children's toys etc, etc, etc. This home has it all. Patti and Tony were a great help also. There if we needed them on a moments notice. We hope this property is available next time we visit!! Thank you Garrett.

Conflicting reservations, if paid (by check, credit card) shall be returned without any further/additional compensation to renter. In the very unlikely event that the owner decides to sell or use the home for their primary residence, all future paid rental reservations shall be returned without any further/additional compensation to the renter.
