The beds in this unit have all been upgraded with memory foam toppers; all have new bedding and are very comfortable. There are sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Overall everything was great. Owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Room was as described in the description. There where cold drinks in the fridge and the room was clean. We loved the location and the view! It was nice being so close to the beach. Not an issue, but just make sure the door is locked properly before you leave the room. I didn’t lock it properly and building maintenance locked it for me. Not owners fault, but someone did report my vehicle as not having a handicap tag to the front office, and I did. Front office gave us a call and it was cleared up. I’m guessing that they didn’t recognize the out of state handicap tag.
The property had a great view of the beach. I enjoyed the fact that the owners left a bottle of wine to welcome me. I was happy with the overall place and cleanliness of the place. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. The price was a plus also.
Fantastic family rental
This property was exactly as described in the description. The pictures of the view were accurate. The property was clean upon arrival and we were even provided with sodas in the refrigerator. This property will sleep six comfortably. With the beach directly across the street and restaurants and fast food establishments within VERY CLOSE walking distance there is not a need to move your car. We would definitely stay again. Please note that only two parking passes are provided.
Cozy condo, no frills just right for a wkn on the beach. I will stay again.

Our rates vary depending upon the individual circumstances of your visit. For example, longer stays will obviously be charged a lower daily rate. Our rates during the summer (peak) season and holidays will run between $100 and $275 per day, plus tax. During off-season times, the rates will run between $75 and $200 per day, plus tax.
