What makes this Condo unique
There is nowhere in Oregon where you can get closer to the beach.

Great condo, great location!
Very comfortable unit right on the beach. Very clean and updated inside; outside is a little worn, but that doesn't matter to me! Nice queen Murphy beds in living area and bedroom, so would work great for couples or families with children. Walking distance to Kyllo's restaurant is a plus! Would stay here again!
Fun family weekend.
Was a perfect location for the Kite Festival. Such a great view of the ocean.
People walking up and down the stairs in the one room was very loud. I’d recommend bringing a noise machine to drown it out if your a light sleep.
Nice, quint place. Perfect for 3 people. Great view of ocean. Wish there was a balcony. Pool was cold.
3.5 Stars for it's location and overall stay.
A decent place to stay and just a few steps from the beach and your there. Family had a good time at the beach finding sea critters, building bonfire on the beach and when kids got cold, was not a far walk for them to go back to the place. Kids also had a fun time swimming in pool when it rained. Sleeping wise the separate bedroom that is facing the parking lot, you could hear people going down the stairs, but not in the living room area. If there are kids staying in the floor above you, just know you're going to hear lots of running/jumping (depending on the age of course) because we did. Comment to owner: We could not find any kitchen towels or pot holders, we ended up using one of the towels. We give this place 3.5 stars.
The unit was nice but nothing special. We did not have any pool towels in the unit as specified and since it rained, we did want to use the pool more than once. Please change account name to Kathleen Miotke as Kenneth is deceased
Nice but nothing special? I beg to differ. Also, if you need more pool towels just call or text us and we'll have them at your door in less than five minutes. Our heated saltwater pool is indoors so I'm not sure why rain would be a problem.
Relaxing stay at The Beachelor Pad!
My wife and I had a nice, relaxing stay at the Beachelor Pad at the Sea Gypsy. The room was spacious, the kitchen had everything you need, the view was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was great communication from the staff, everything from check in and check out procedures to how to operate the TV. Great customer service overall! With an incredible view of the waves crashing down on the shore, unbelievable sunsets, a bed so comfortable I never wanted to get up, a full kitchen, and wonderful local restaurants abound, including Kyllos a mere 400 feet away, I would highly recommend The Beachelor Pad at the Sea Gypsy to anyone wanting to enjoy Lincoln City. My wife and I are already talking about when we can return for another visit!
When you stay here, you’re a short walk from the downtown art district, several fine restaurants, taverns, antiques stores and the Lincoln City Outlets — one of the Oregon Coast's top shopping attractions.
Chinooks Winds Casino is just 5 minutes away via the free shuttle (provided by the casino on weekends) or a $7 cab ride. It is about a 40 minutes by foot if you're interested in one of those famous long walks on the beach.
The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River, which comes from the mouth of Devil's Lake just across the highway. Devil's Lake features a multitude of recreational opportunities from jet skiing to fishing and boats rentals. Several public parks ring the lake, and if you're coming to Lincoln City with kids we highly recommend Regatta Grounds Park with its enormous castle playground.
