This spacious 3-level 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in Red Quill Village sleeps 8 in beds plus an additional 4 on the sleeper sofa and futon. Beautifully appointed with marble, granite, tile, stainless steel and other fine finishes throughout, you're home away from home welcomes you.

The entry level has an oversized single car garage with plenty of room to store your gear. The bunk room has a queen bed and twin bunks with its own full bathroom.

Relax and enjoy the private hot tub, located on the patio outside, which seats six comfortably.

The main level has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'd desire in a luxury vacation rental. You'll enjoy the large kitchen with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, pantry, cupboards and lots of granite counter space. The breakfast table seats four and looks out of the front balcony with peek-a-boo views of the nearby mountains. The main level has a powder room. The dining table has seats for 10 and looks out on the back balcony. The living area is spacious and comfortable, bright and airy with large windows.

The upper level's beautiful master suite has a king bed and gorgeous bathroom. Outfitted with a separate walk-in glass and tile shower and soaking tub, the bathroom sports marble tile throughout. The queen master suite is accommodating and beautifully dressed.

Red Quill Village is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park near bars, restaurants, and shopping. The free wintertime ski resort shuttle stop is just down the street. The old Idlewild ski area with great hiking trails is just a 5 minute walk from the front door.

With plenty of space to spread out on 3 levels, Red Quill #105 is a great choice for a single family or a multi-family group.

This property has everything one would need. It has heated floors on all floors. 3 full rooms with 3 full baths and 1 half bath on the middle/main level. The property had every pot or pan you could think to need. Tons of tv stations. Linens/towels and bedding were all nice. Hot tub is on lowest level and must go through bedroom to get to it. So make sure you are prepared to walk through a bedroom to get to the hot tub. Garage was large enough to fit our suburban xl and an additional vehicle behind it in the driveway. Gas grill or charcoal grill are also available. The den area easily sat all of our party of 7. There is a dining table that seats 8. Master with king and guest with queen on 3rd floor. Main/2nd level has kitchen, den, sitting area, grills, and dining area. Bottom/1st level is garage, guest room with queen and bunk beds. Hot tub is outside lowest bedroom door.

Property is within walking distance to several restaurant’s and shopping. Grocery and convenience store are also within walking distance. Winter park resort skiing is easily accessible within a 2/3 mile bus ride or car ride. The free bus/shuttle is about 2 football fields away across hwy40 and returns you in front of randi’s pub across from the property. We just drove our car it managed to be easier than riding the bus.

Good but not happy about departure requests

Great property and location

Would recommend to friends and family and stay again if back in winter park

My only complaint given the pricing is that I was bothered by the over the top departure requests to minimize the owners housekeeping expenses

Taking out trash, washing towels, starting dishwasher is not what I expect from a vacation rental or hotel with nightly rate of $500 plus

Owner's Response: The house was left in great shape and we very much appreciate the care and consideration taken while renting this property. We are sorry you felt the departure procedures to be cumbersome. Starting the dishwasher and taking trash out is a standard practice. The washing of the towels is not a part of our normal departure routine. Normal departure time is 10:00AM and we requested that the towels be washed because you wanted a late check-out after 4:00pm. The request was not made to minimize expenses but to allow time for linen turn-over while accommodating the late departure request and enabling housekeeping to get the unit ready for the incoming arrival that evening. We try to accommodate early arrival and late departure whenever housekeeping schedules and other reservations will permit. There is no charge for early arrival or late check-out and we feel that starting a load of laundry is a fair request for a very late departure time. We hope you will come back and stay with us again.

It had plenty of room, plenty of supplies such as dishes and linens, and it even had games. The property manager was very helpful and we had zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
