About Molly Nicol email@example.com
Our family loves the beach, sailing, kayaking, and biking. We have enjoyed many happy summers on the Cape where we can do it all.

Why Molly Nicol email@example.com chose Harwich Port
My husband and I had been looking for years for the perfect beach retreat. We found this wonderful gem in Harwich Port. The town is a hidden jewel among the more well known towns of the Cape. Once you have experienced the charm and elegance of this place, nowhere else will compare.
What makes this House unique
Our property is ideal for those who like to park the car and leave the hustle of the city behind. Walk to the beach, walk to town, or relax in the back yard. The house is large enough to accommodate a big family or group with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoy getting together with our extended family for memorable vacations. We love sailing in Nantucket Sound, biking on the rail trail, walking the nature trails, kayaking, and golfing. The large, fenced-in yard is an extra bonus!

This vacation was to be a restful and relaxing vacation for my partner and myself. I had a the brillant idea of making this a surprise family vacation and invited her children and their families to come along. I needed a house that would accomodate 5 grandchildren from the ages of 5 years old to 18 years old. This house fits that bill!!! We had plenty of space that we weren't all squished into one space. The fenced in yard was fantastic for the kids. They could go outside and play with out any issues. We were all able to fit around the table for meals! There were 11 of us all total. The 3 showers (one outside shower....perfect for the boys...they loved it!) gave us all flexibility in starting our morning or ending our day. The front porch was a place of refuge for some. I was told that this was a vacation of a lifetime and that it was "priceless". We truly enjoyed our time at the house and we all hope to visit there again.
So pleased you enjoyed our home and your vacation! Come back again sometime.
Perfect Place for Families
This house is perfect for large families, the house is very spacious and has that old Cape Cod charm to it! The yard is enormous and perfect for kids. The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach and downtown. We've rented several times down the Cape and the Vineyard and this home is by far the best and the most accomodating!
Perfect spot for a fun, relaxing week
This place was just what we needed! The beautiful house spaciously accommodated our group of seven, and we found many activities very close-by. My parents (who are having trouble getting around as they get older), found the first-floor master bedroom a delight. We played golf at the course nearby, enjoyed dinners in town (which we walked to), and had spent time on the beach (three city blocks away). We also enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing around the spacious dining room.
The weather could have been warmer, but we were comfortable with obviously modernized amenities - an impressive combination of comfort and charm!
I have vacationed on the Cape a few times and this place is by far the easiest to get to. Harwich Port is minutes off Route 6, but feels just as removed as places farther out. We can't wait to go back again!
A cozy yet spacious cottage, close to the beach!
Our time at this house in Harwich Port was great - went in off season and still really enjoyed walks on the beach (which is very close to the house, walking) and into the little town. The house has been nicely redone and decorated - fun, bright colors and lovely new furnishings. There is plenty of room for a large group, with a nice sunroom and fenced back yard. Would be great for young children or multiple couples! I would absolutely go back (and plan to!).
The house is 1/3 mile from Brooks Road Beach...a 7 minute walk at a leisurely pace. The beach is on Nantucket Sound...usually mild waves and water much warmer than the National Seashore. The house is 400 yds. west of Allen Harbor...great for fishing excursion. Other things to do in the area include: golf (2miles away), ferry trip to Nantucket (leaves from Harwich Port), shopping in Chatham (5 miles), kayaking (all over), mini-golf (0.5 miles away), go karts (0.5 miles away), Cape Cod Baseball league (these are college kids being scouted for the pros), bike riding, free concerts, tennis, sailing, campfires on the beach. . . . .
