Richly furnished and near new, this unit has everything you will need for an overnight get-away or an extended vacation. Each of the 2 large bedrooms is furnished with king size beds, 42' flat screen HD televisions, and luxurious and comfortable accessories. The Master bath has double sinks and a jetted tub for soaking after a full day on the slopes. The second bath has a full body shower system with massage jets to get those kinks out and relax you before another great day of activities.
The large comfortable living room opens up into the full gourmet kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless appliances and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary utensils to whip up a great meal while you visit with friends and family.
Don't feel like cooking? Walk across the street (yes, literally across the street) to some of the best restaurants in Breckenridge! Eat dinner at the historic and award winning Breckenridge Brewery, have breakfast at the Blue Moose, grab a burger at Empire Burger. And, don't forget to have a nightcap at one of several pubs and nightclubs. Walk another block up the street and be wowed by all that Breckenridge is.
Back at the condo, sit back and relax in the living room and enjoy the 60' HD flat screen over the fireplace to watch that football or hockey game. You will also enjoy the whole-house stereo system with its iPod dock, and you can catch-up on your facebook with the Wi-Fi access throughout.
There is a wonderful open sleeping loft overlooking the living area and with a fantastic view of Peaks 8 and 9. There is a large 47' HD flat screen TV so you can cozy up and enjoy a movie, or spread out and play some of the many board games stored in the game cabinet.
The building boasts private underground parking with direct access into the unit. There is also a private deck off the Master bedroom, a front porch with gas BBQ out the front door, and a large hot tub at the end of the building.
This place comfortably sleeps 8 adults, or 6 adults and a passel of kids.
