Apartment, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 3-4), Washer/Dryer
We are an elderly couple who have lived in the area for many years. We are retired from the Seafood Industry. We are hoping to find great renters for our bayfront apartment studio.
Owner purchased this Apartment in 2010
Why Owner chose Apalachicola
We have lived here our entire lives and chose to rent out our apartment studio once we retired.
What makes this Apartment unique
We enjoy the beautiful mornings overlooking the bay while sitting on the bayfront deck drinking coffee. We also enjoy fishing off of the bayfront dock and we enjoy shopping in downtown Apalachicola. We love our Bayfront Studio.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Caught huge fish right off the dock
The cabin was absolutely perfect for scalloping. We were expecting nothing fancy, but the place was much larger than expected and perfectly clean. We had a great stay.
Quaint little cabin
Very clean nice little cabin, really enjoyed fishing from the pier.
Good place with good people
First off this is a fishing cabin in a fishing town trying to rebuild after a major storm. BUT you won’t find a nicer guy then Ronnie and the folks in town are friendly and more then willing to help you. And the WiFi is excellent!!!
Diamond in the rough
Ronnie is a great host. The place is simple and met all of our needs. Lovely water view. Not far from the beach and super close to historic downtown. Thanks for a great stay.
Cynthia Thanks For the review . Glad you enjoyed your stay . Thanks Ronnie
Quiet and clean
The place was quiet, clean and just what we were looking for. Beautiful view off the dock. It is a fisherman's paradise.
HI Glad you enjoyed your stay . BE glad to have you come again . Thanks Ronnie
Sunrise Sunset Bay is located approximately 2 miles west of downtown Apalachicola, on Hwy 98. While visiting the area you can tour the local shops in the downtown area, try out one of the local Seafood Restaurants, take a tour of one of the local museums such as the John Gorrie museum or book a local Character.
