A very group-friendly village atmosphere with 4 individual homes for rent together or separate - all next door to each other (it's sort of the perfect groups compound) for ski groups, convention groups, large families and family reunions in the Salt Lake City area near the Cottonwood Canyons and close to eateries and entertainment. The village is next door to two parks in a private little cove location! Enjoy your privacy in each separate home, but be together whenever you want and enjoy playing in the city park behind the home with a pavilion and ball fields.

Very close to Cottonwoods ski canyons! Ski in the morning, and enjoy a movie, dinner, and activities all in one day. Notes:
This is a unique park-side village near Big Cottonwood with many great amenities. The park is in back of the homes and has a private lockable gate for guest's use to enable easy pass through without having to walk all the way around to the park area. In addition, there is a small common picnic area in the village with a picnic table and standing bbq enclosure (bring charcoals). Next to this area is a spacious grassy area where kids can play and families can setup a volleyball net. This area is only meant for small gatherings less than 25. To gather everyone together for larger groups beyond 25, use the next door park pavilion and common areas (advanced reservations may be necessary for private use of the pavilion at the park). There is NO parking lot at this village. Parking, therefore, is restricted to 2 cars per garage and 2 on driveway only. These homes are in a fabulous location near both Cottonwood Canyons, and sits in a quiet community with adjacent city park.

Very Well Kept, Nice Furnishings - Great Ski Location

Our ski trip this year was one of our best. We stayed here and one of the things we liked most about it was there was plenty of space for 8 of us and it was very comfortable with plenty of storage for skis. The coucch was very comfortable too. I loved our bed in the master and the hot tub was really nice in back. The location is about 8 minutes to the canyon entrance, very convenient. But there is a great restaurant we discovered around the corner from the home called Kneaders Bakery (spelling?). Definitely recommend for their sandwiches and baked goods. We really enjoyed ourselves, will look you guys up next time we're out this way.

Loved the Park

Home was nice, but the park was great next door. Really gave us a place to gather with friends and family who live in Salt Lake. Kids played and had a good time. Photos were accurate, although one of hte couches was different, but very comfortable. We went out to eat a few nights, just around the corner are lots of great restaurants to choose from. We'll be back, thanks Brad!

We are first time renters and are now believers in renting a home instead of condo or hotel. We loved staying here. It was quiet, peaceful, and private. The little community had a great sense of tranquility and the parks and shade were just great. We loved being close to the mountains and enjoyed visiting some of the resorts and even had a very beautiful drive up Big Cottonwood and saw a moose (was breathtaking).

Enjoyed the Park

Was just my family and I on this trip. We decided on this house because of the nearby park and convenience to the canyon activities. It was pleasant and comfortable. We all relaxed and the community was private and nice as advertised. The home was nicely furnished, kitchen was enjoyable and had all the necessary things we needed. The furniture was newer and the TVs nice for the kids and my husband.

Overall, it was a great experience.
