My Favorite Rental

We just enjoyed our 5th week+ visit to Boston and Olive's beautiful flat. Olive is wonderful, and this is by far my favorite rental not only in Boston, but anywhere!

The Lee St flat is perfect for our family of 5 (kids aged 12, 10 & 8). There is a gem of a backyard with a beautiful porch to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Jamaica Plain is a wonderful city neighborhood, quiet and safe with plenty of playgrounds and excellent restaurants just a few minutes walk away (This trip we loved the World Spice Cafe, Chilacates Mexican Street Food, and JP Seafood Cafe, but it's almost impossible to pick a bad place!)

The Green St. T-Station is very close by (5-7 minute walk), making this the perfect home base to enjoy all of Boston. Street parking is available, but you definitely won't need a car in Boston!

Clean, well - equipped, cozy apartment in a great location.

Had a great week based in Jamaica Plain. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers from the UK and appreciated the easy access to the 'T' and the great amenities/ eating places in walking distance, especially the Bella Luna restaurant at the Brewery. Olive responded quickly when we first arrived and had initially been given the wrong access code. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Nice touches such as toiletries provided, hair-dryer, iron etc so no need to have to pack these things. Only slight thing was the apartment was darker than expected, maybe due to the trees outside. Overall value for money is very good.

Great Time in Jamaica Plain

We really enjoyed our time at the Jamaica Plain Gem! It was very easy to get to mass transit, and restaurants and grocery stores were nearby as well. It is a very quiet place with all the amenities a family would need. When we had questions Olive was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Home in Jamaica Plain

We loved our stay on Lee Street. The house was exactly what our family of 4 needed for our week-long stay for a wedding in Boston. Olive included a great instruction/information sheet with the house rules and info, and suggestions for the neighborhood, and her response time to questions was quick. It was so nice to have breakfast or late night snacks together, or drinks in the backyard when we weren't attending wedding activities or exploring the city. The house was a short walk from the train, stores and restaurants, and it just felt like a home away from home. My 10 year old son wanted to move there and my 13 year old daughter loved reading her book in the evening while sitting on the swing in the backyard. We will definitely stay here again.
