You can reserve the main home which is 4 bedrooms plus an office with a queen size sofa sleeper. There are 2 queen beds in the downstairs bedrooms, a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, and a twin and full size bed in the 4th upstairs bedroom. For an additional $200/night you can reserve the guest suite which is a 1-bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.

A. Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
B. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the home is prohibited.
C. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street.
D. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
E. The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii, and is open for the free use by everyone.
F. Reservations are for one party only and the maximum occupancy is 12 persons including children over the age of 2.

- This property is located on an oceanfront acre in West Maui. The water out front is pristine, full of turtles, amazing to snorkel, and close to surfing breaks in both the summer and winter. There is a sandy enclave on the property that is right next to the beautiful rocky shoreline. If you venture over the rocks you can find sandy enclaves right on the ocean for easier ocean access to swim and snorkel. Whale watching is a favorite between Dec and April but best Feb and March. Haleakala, the dormant volcano, is breathtaking. It compares to grand canyon. Surfing or watching the surf during the huge winter swells @ Honolua Bay is exceptional. Restaurants are as good as any in the world. What chef wouldn't want to live on Maui? Cocktail cruise, snorkel or scuba trip are all as good as anywhere. Surf Lessons for the kids and adults are sure to make you happy, hungry and sleep well. Massages are wonderful and there is a great company that will come to the house and do as many as 12 massages in a day. There are several Sport fishing charters out of Lahaina Harbor and lately I have been seeing a big SUV parked at local reefs with MSA graphics and a mention of spearfishing tours. That could be fun. There is just so much to do here that I could go on forever. Hiking, Dirtbike tours, Ziplines, Cave tours, ATV tours, Night Clubs, Jazz festivals. Day trips are also numerous, Pearl Harbor, Hana, Lanai, Molokai, Kilauea (the active volcano on the Big Isle). One of the things that never gets old is the micro climates. It can be snowing on Haleakala as you sip cocktails under a rainbow on the beach in Napili while Hana gets a 20 min rain squall. We have every weather condition imaginable and yet very few of them last for more than a few minutes.

We love West Maui the most because it is easily accessible to shopping, dining, and activities, yet feels like a remote small town. The weather is the best with sunny skies and light trade winds year round. It is very rarely that we have more than a few days of rain and clouds. The water is warm and clear and teaming with sea life.
