We had 9 people sleep here very comfortably. (3 couples and 3 singles--each couple had their own BR and the singles stayed in the room with the bunk beds and the queen bed.) They LOVED the view--the photos don't really capture how awesome it is. And even though it was raining and chilly most of the weekend, we had a fantastic time hanging out on the covered back porch around the new gas firepit there, roasting marshmallows and warming up. It's the perfect feature to have at that house. Everyone said the beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels, linens etc., decent bathrooms. Nice kitchen. When we hung out indoors, the copper-covered counter/island was perfect. Super fun house for large groups. The master suite is especially nice!
