Run down and dirty

  • 1 of 5

First of parking was kind of tough. I had to walk uphill about 250 yards each day.

The pictures look way better than the place itself. The overall complex is run down. I felt like the stairs leading to the unit felt uneven and not secure.

When I entered the unit it was dated to the late 80s. THERE IS NO INTERNET. And the TV was a tube tv that was about 20 inches. The bathroom ceiling was dirty and the heater was so loud it kept us up. The kitchen was very sparse in cooking and serving. The bunk beds didn’t not fit adults. Only small children.

I would not recommend this location. I wish the property manager did more quality control

Instead of renting rundown units

Place is extremely outdated

  • 2 of 5

The place needs some TLC. Mattress are horrible... to the point my husband decided to sleep on that cough. Bunkbeds are only for small kids... my 12 year old barely fit and also the mattress need to be replaced.

The dishwasher is not completely installed basically falling into my feet when opening.

Gave 2 star because still had everything we needed (kitchen supplies) bathroom were clean and stocked with supplies.

Below average experience.

  • 1 of 5

It was for six people. Bunk bed for Child ONLY. Not a twin bunk bed bud customized child size less 4 ft and half. Website advertise for six sleep but it should indicate 2 child less than 4 ft.

We had six people check in and two had go get a hotel room.

Living room was not big or no sofa bed. L shape sofa was clingy one one person yo sleep. Not enough pots, dishes and dish washer about to fall apart. Refrigerator door open opposite side.

Only salt and pepper condiment.

Tired apartment, poor beds, very noisy electric wall heater

  • 1 of 5

If I was a 20 year old this would be fine. Mattress in master soft and lumpy. Everything in house was musty. Did not get garage access. No Wifi, really? Loft has one double, plus a kid bunkbed that is 4 feet long. Not possible to get in if you are over 7 years old, so doesn't sleep more than 4. Heating is by 1970's electric wall units that rattled loudly when they were on. No thermostat, so either too hot or no heat. Jacuzzi has weird hours (doesn't open until 3pm). Dishwasher not attached to counter, so tips over on you when you open the door. I would not recommend.

Old and in need of a facelift

  • 3 of 5

Things worked for the most part. The lower price for this unit was an indicator of how much the owner invests in keeping the unit up to date. I wish I would have spent a little more on a newer rental.
