Bigwood #027 offers a great getaway vacation in Mammoth Lakes. This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guests will find themselves centrally located with easy access to both the mountain and town. During the winter, Bigwood is within a short walk to the shuttle stop (5-10 minute walk). The free Green Line Shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Shops, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and golf courses are all a short drive away.
Enter into the unit and be greeted by a cozy living room. There is a woodstove with firewood provided - perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. Comfortable seating is gathered around the television. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. A VCR, DVD player, CD player stereo with smart phone compatibility, telephone (local calls only), and high-speed internet are offered for your entertainment.
Across from the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances to help a chef create tasty meals. Guests can keep the chef company by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. Bring your meals over to the modern dining table and enjoy a home cooked meal with the family.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and television. There is also a large closet with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is assembled with a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area.
Don't forget to check out all the other amenities Bigwood offers to their guests. There is 1 garage parking space. Each condo is assigned one garage which is the number corresponding to the condo number (map provided upon check-in). Guests may also access the shared laundry facilities, BBQ stations, sauna, and hot tub. The pool is open during the summer.

Pool / Spa
Cozy and comfortable.
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and this place worked out great. It was clean and had everything we needed.
Perfect Host, Perfect Location, Perfect Condo
This place was PERFECT. We had 2 adults and 2 very small children with us and there was plenty of space. It was warm and cozy and a great location. The garage parking was super clutch. The Host company that we rented through were amazing and I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

The Pros and the Cons
Pros: Amazing location, hot tub, shuttle service to mountain, and a garage are included.
Cons: Pricey, cable TV didn't work / had to be reorganized by us, kitchenware is worn and old, shower is for midgets and dwarves.
I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! I do apologize that the cable didn't work, we have been so lucky with all this snow but all the snow has created outages with cable and internet! Very nice, clean apartment
The apartment was very nice and comfortable to stay in with good wifi internet and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. It's a short 10 min walk to the Village if you make a 50ft walk through the snow from this property to one next door. The only complaint is that the check-in time was really late in the day (5pm), however they did allow us to check in early (3pm) so it wasn't too bad.

Go West on Hwy 203 to Mammoth Lakes, Go past the 1st signal, Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Properties will be on the right side just past Chevron gas station and next to the Post Office. From Los Angeles: Take the I-5 North to State Route 14 N. Continue on State Route 14 N to Hwy 395 North. Go West at Hwy 203 to Mammoth Lakes, Go past the 1st signal, Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Properties will be on the right side just past Chevron gas station and next to the Post Office. From San Diego: Take the I-15 North to I-215N. Take exit 141 to merge on to Hwy 395 North. Go West at Hwy 203 to Mammoth Lakes, Go past the 1st signal, Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Properties will be on the right side just past Chevron gas station and next to the Post Office.
