Why Nelson Emmons chose Harbor View / Orient Heights
We are close to all that Boston has to offer, either by car or public transportation.
What makes this Villa unique
The sheer size and location on Boston Harbor was one of the most attractive features that lured us to purchase the Villa. It's ease to public transportation connecting all the city has to offer without the need of a car, was a real game changer. The view from the sun porch and in the summer months having a glass of wine on the upper balcony is delightful while watching the planes come and go. It is similar to an orchestrated symphony.

A Boston best-kept secret
Beautiful. Comfortable. Fully stocked for move in accessibility. Loved the views of the sea and the airport. Helpful information. Just a truly delightful home!
The property was very spacious...plenty of room for the 7 people we had. The view of the Boston sky line and bay was amazing. Though we were close to the airport, the noise was very minimal and it was fun to watch the planes taking off and landing. Great hosts...very accommodating!
We really enjoyed your visit. Responsible, respectful and all around great guests. Thanks and visit with us again.
The house was amazing! A room for everyone, and living space to meet every need. Our favorite room was the sun room where we enjoyed the view of the Boston skyline, harbor and planes. Flowers were beginning to bloom everywhere, even in the trees, it was all so beautiful. Riding trains was new to us but the station was a short walk from the house, and after buying a 7 day ticket, we enjoyed traveling around Boston with ease. We were here because my husband ran in the Boston Marathon, a lifetime memory for sure, the experience was amazing. We enjoyed everything about our visit to Boston.
Great accomplishment Lanny, to have run in the Boston Marathon! We would welcome you and your family back anytime.
We simply can’t overstate how much we loved staying in this property. The ambiance was spectacular, a hundred year old house on the bay, beautifully decorated with art by the owner, wood accents that were museum worthy, a fully stocked kitchen and more. Access to Boston was a snap via a recently upgraded T station. Beds were comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time sipping wine in the sun porch watching traffic come and go at Logan. The owners were lovely and met us to provide some history. You won’t be disappointed.
Charming home was perfect for our family trip to Boston area
Everything was perfect for our family trip. The house was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. Loved all the artwork and decor. Sunroom was the most used with the great views of the harbor and watching the planes take off and land. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect also. Too cold for sitting out on porch, but can see how that would be a plus as well. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!
It was wonderful to have you stay at our home. Initially I was concerned we where going to have one of our nor'esters' dumping a load of snow. Fortunately it didn't happen until you where long gone.
Thank you for your care and consideration of the home. It was a pleasure to have you stay and we would welcome a return visit.
Beautiful and comfortable home
The home had all one needs for a family. We enjoyed staying in this historic home. The location to the T was also very convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the entire home. The views are also unique.
Please bring your family back again. We enjoyed having you stay at the Villa!!
