Luxury three bedroom, two bath condo, sleeps six. Property size is 1250 square feet, not 350 as shown on listing. Just 300 yards away you'll find the Giant Steps lift taking you up to some of the best skiing in Utah. Lift lines are almost non-existent and the views are spectacular.

Our condo includes, gas fireplace, free wi-fi, common area jacuzzis, heated underground parking and we're right on the shuttle stop for ski lifts!

Our luxury condo is well-appointed. Granite surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms along with knotty pine cabinetry and pine trim give you the complete mountain feel. Gas fireplace keeps you warm and comfy. This is our personal vacation home, it is well-maintained and well-stocked. The kitchen is loaded with plenty of cooking tools and gadgets.

One king and two queen beds covered in luxury linens and two bathrooms stocked with towels await. The beautiful pine steps to the second loft add to the beauty of the unit. Loft has it's own TV. Main living area has Smart TV and sound system.

Underground garage has locked unit for ski, board and boot storage.

Common area amenities include two hot tubs and one sauna.

We reside in Saint George, Utah. We both grew up in Utah and have loved the scenery in this magnificent state. My husband is semi-retired and I still work part-time for an airline. With the kids off to college we don't get to the mountain as much as we used to.

Nice layout, nice kitchen, very well stocked with cooking ware, etc. Only complaint was the jacuzzi was too hot. :-)

Beautiful Cabin in Older Building

This unit is very nice, much nicer than the building it is housed in. The pictures don't really do it justice. It feels more like a personal cabin that is occasionally rented out than a dedicated rental property. The building it is housed in feels more dated: the tub area was neglected, no towels and only one of the two hot tubs had water, 3/4 ways full. Also having to leave snowboard gear in the garage felt like extra work since the carpet inside the building was pretty well worn in. The building was pet friendly though and there was a perfect area out front for the dog to do dog stuff.

There wasn't a shuttle stop at the property any longer so we had to hike it to the lifts or drive. Only a 10-15 minute walk but worth noting.

The personally owned cabin felt nice though and once inside it was easy to relax and appreciate the efforts put in remodeling it. There were plenty of dishes, blankets and comfortable areas to lounge.

Stephanie was very friendly and easy to contact, she made it very clear she was available for us to reach out to if we needed anything.

Overall our experience was good and we will definitely consider this cabin again for future trips.

Beautiful condo!! Perfect for our family, very close to skiing, had everything we could need.

Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable, ski lifts were super close, underground parking came in very handy during heavy snow, condo was warm and cozy. There was only one TV, which made for some disagreements with the kids about what to watch (was told there would be 2 TVs) but that was only a minor inconvenience. The owner, Stephanie, was very easy to work with and was prompt in answering questions. We would definitely like to stay here again when we return to Brian Head next time.

White Christmas getaway

My husband and I, along with our Goldendoodle, were able to reserve this condo pretty last minute for the holiday weekend. The condo is situated in a very convenient and quiet location. It had everything we needed in order to be warm and comfortable and be able to cook a great holiday meal. During our stay, we received 25+ feet of snow. The condo has an underground parking garage but our truck was too big to fit so we parked in the front. We looked in the storage unit located in the garage associated with our condo unit for a snow shovel to dig our truck out but there wasn't one provided. Luckily, everyone around us were very helpful and let us borrow theres'. Overall, this was a great stay and would plan on going again!

Very nice stay

Overall, we really enjoyed the rental. On the plus side, the owner was very accommodating and nice. She was very responsive and had another living room type chair brought over to add to the living room so the whole family could watch a movie together. The condo is clean and new. It's not like some of the beat-up ski rental condos we've been in. You feel like you are in your own condo. The appliances and kitchen are new and awesome to use. The linens and beds are really comfortable. The location is great. It's less than a five minute drive to the mountain and we got to keep our car in the garage which was nice. Also, there are jacuzzis in the complex if you want to use them. My step-daughter and her friend did one night. On the opportunity side, you just need to be aware that the two lofts upstairs are out in the open. Sun comes through the windows in the morning and sound travels. This was a little unfortunate for us because we had two teenage girls who like to talk and giggle into the night with us. Sound travels all around. So, we had to have our 6-year-old sleep with us in the master bedroom rather than put him in the third loft so he could sleep. You couldn't hear the girls when you are in the master, which was good. The living room is a little cramped, but with the added chair the owner provided, we could fit more people. Also, we had a hard time figuring out the heat. It would get very hot in the master when we closed the door at night, so we had to leave it open and then it would get really hot in the loft all the way at the top. We realized too late that the thermostat would increase to 71 degrees at night, even though we turned it down a little before going to bed. I'm sure this is an easy fix. Overall, we recommend this as a great place to stay.

Attention to detail and customer service UNMATCHED

My wife, 2 boys and our dog have made Brian Head UT our Christmas destination for the past 2 years. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we will stay no where else. The condo is furnished beautifully but more importantly the owners are exceptional. They always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I can't say enough about the personal care to which has always been given to us. We have vacationed extensively throughout the US and I would put this place in my overall top 3. You rarely find such honest, dedicated and gracious proprietors.

Many thanks for make our stay amazing.
