High speed Wifi Internet with Oceanic Time Warner. Across south kihei road is cove beach for stand up paddle-boarding, surfing and kayaking. Convenient to shops and restaurants at Kalama village. 3 blocks to bus stop northbound and 1 block bus stop southbound to Wailea beaches.

Across the street fromKalama Park meets Cove Park : 20 mph speed limit on South Kihei Road. Property consists of one building with 16 units. 1 parking space per unit.

Property is designated as non smoking. Smokers can walk a few steps to the raised curb to smoke.

Panoramic views from the units of the ocean, sunsets, whale watching, surfers, kayakers, paddleboarders. Canoe Club across the streets. Kalama Park has a walking path that connects to Halama Street. Swings, skateboarding, tennis courts are in the park. Charley Young is a walking beach and it is a 5 minute walk.

Near perfect!

We have been staying at Kihei Parkshore for three years now and just love this quiet and family oriented complex. It is centrally located and an easy walk to beaches, parks, shopping and restaurants. This unit is beautifully modeled with lots of comfortable seating and great lighting. The kitchen is well stocked. Some items are wearing out with age (eg beach chairs, linens) but the owner is easy to contact and takes action immediately . Only negative would be lack of free space closet/cupboard space making it difficult for guests staying long periods of time to store clothing and groceries. Overall I would highly recommend this condo to others!

Owner's Response: I have replaced beach chairs and linens and minor repairs are all completed. Please note that these condos are small 678 sf with little storage. Average guest stay is 5 nights.

Fantastic place with great amenities

Fantastic place! One of the best resourced condos I have ever stayed with a grill, every imaginable kitchen appliance, pots, pan, plates, utensils, grill etc. Washer a dryer were great! Pullout beds were really comfortable. Location is great being right across the street from beach with a great surf break for beginners. Pool is right in the back yard and was really nice. Plenty of great local restaurants within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile). Grocery store was a long walk or a really short car drive (1/2 mile). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time but close to lots of activities and restaurants.

Kihei Park Shore

What more could you ask for than to rent a condo at Kihei Park Shore.

A few of my family and friends came along. We were pleased to see the

up to date kitchen,washer,dryer and air conditioning. The view from the

Lanai was breathtaking. A pool out front with lovely shrubs for privacy,

a park and ocean across the street. We could watch the sun go down

and see the whales jump as an added bonus. We loved it so much we

returned the following year and will return in the future for a wonderful
