Come stay in our clean, modern and conveniently located Park City Condo. Our unit has a luxurious king sized bed with a pillow top mattress in the master bedroom, as well as 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table with room for 6 to sit down for a meal. ( no cramped breakfast bar here! )

The living room has a new 42'' LCD TV with HD cable, a DVD player and an MP3/CD player for your entertainment. There is a great balcony that looks towards the mountains.

The kitchen was updated in August of 2017. We installed new windows and sliders in 2016 to improve the sound and insulation. The carpet is new as of 2016. We added a heater to the small bedroom to address issues with heat for the coldest of nights and our southern friends ;)

The sofa sleeper in the living room converts to a queen bed for extra sleeping, if you want to save money by ''packing them in''!

We are literally steps from the Park City Mountain Resort. This is a tidy, comfy 2 bedroom condo perfect for a family getaway to Park City Utah. Its so close, you can come back and have lunch at home, instead of buying $10 burgers on the ski hill!

At the condo:

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are a real attraction and provide a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.

The city bus system has stops right outside, and you can get to Deer Valley, the Canyons or 'Old Town' for free.

We have a few small additional amenities like boot dryers to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

About Shane

We live in Salt Lake City Utah and are avid skiers. We came here to ski, and both worked in the ski industry for a number of years. We love the laid back life style and all the outdoor opportunities here.

Shane purchased this condo in 2010

Why Shane chose Old Town

We enjoy using our condo in the summer time to escape the valley heat and go mountain biking up in Park City. During the winter, you can usually find us skiing over in Little Cottonwood canyon at Alta.

What makes this condo unique

Being so close to the resort is one of the best features of our unit. Also, the outdoor pool and hot tub are a real treat for us. Being able to walk to Main Street is a plus, and the free bus to anywhere in Park City or the Canyons is a bonus.

great condo on all accounts

We had a number of things we wanted in a condo and got them all here - location (walk across parking lot in boots to First Time Lift), decent price, heated pool/hot tub, free bus stop right outside, kids each got their own bed - and from the photos I thought we might only be compromising on the view, but it turns out you look out at the mountains while other units stare at a wall 10 feet away, so we really lucked out! It was great to have a variety of board games which we used. Unfortunately while there were specific directions for the TV we couldn't get the DVD player to work in the living room, but moved it to a bedroom TV with success. I especially appreciated there being food left from other occupants or the owner (dry goods and olive oil, coffee filters, spices, random things like cocoa, crackers, etc) it helped us when we arrived late and we could leave a few things (oatmeal packs, granola bars) and not have to throw them out. From other reviews we decided not to rent a car but in hindsight should have as the private shuttle service ended up being more expensive (there were surcharges for our late arrival and early departure times) and we had to Uber to the Olympic Park. Though its true you can get around Park City easily on the bus and the Fresh Market is just a few blocks walk away and easy hop on a bus back, no need to Uber there. This unit is also updated and we had no noise issues (except the snowcats beeping one morning.) thank you Shane for sharing your wonderful place!

Great location and condo!

Can't beat this location - maybe 100-200 yards from stores/lifts. Bus stop out and the door if you want to go downtown. Grocery store maybe a mile on bus route (we had a car). Condo was. nicely appointed and clean. Having 2 bedrooms was great for the family. I can't say enough good things. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. You want to be close to PMCR, this is he place!

Very Comfortable and Convenient Location

This is a well-maintained and comfortable condo that has all the right furnishings and eat at home amenities for couples and families. The guest experience is well thought out and we had everything we needed for skiing, relaxation, swimming and comfort. The owner is also very responsive and pleasant to interact with.

Excellent location!!

Absolute best bang for your buck! Couldn't believe how close we were to the lifts! Owner is great and provides great instruction. Well equipped unit. Free bus right out front, 5 minutes to anywhere worth going.
