Enjoy this TRUE BEACHFRONT UNIT that was just renovated. It has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is right in front of the building and has the closest view of the ocean. There are some view of lush palm trees and wild life preserve that adds to a tropical feel. The height is just perfect, it feels like home right on the beach! The living area and every bedroom have access to the balcony that wraps around the entire condominium. Every room including the kitchen has the view of the white sandy beach and the water. The setup and sizes of the rooms are very comfortable. It is equipped with all the conveniences of a home including wi-fi access right in the unit. You don't need to go down to the lobby.

The unit is in South Seas West located in 55 acres gated community with 24 hour security. The amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, fitness center and boat docks. It is in the north end, the widest part of the beach on Tigertail. This unit is for monthly rental only.

Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset view from the balcony or stroll with the calming sound of the ocean. Watch the beauty of nature which include the migratory birds, swimming dolphins and other wildlife. if you are looking for action, walk south towards the hotels and restaurants. Marco Island is the perfect getaway that offers fine dining, great shopping, golf, water sports, nearby spas and a lot more.

Why Tina chose Marco Island

I always wanted a beachfront unit at South Seas West. Aside from the spectacular views, it is quiet and close to nature. I like being at the north side because the sun is not blasting in the morning and I get a great view of the 'famous sunset.' I like the option of being able to rent a boat dock. The management is helpful and friendly as well as the residents. The gated community gives me a sense that the area is safe and secure. Marco Island was rated in 2014 as the #1 island in the US and the #4 in the world. This confirmed that my husband and I made an excellent decision to purchase this property in this island.

What makes this condo unique

I love waking up in the morning, opening the shade and looking at the beautiful view. I feel like I'm starting the day with an uplifting mood. Walking on the beach every morning keeps me in great shape. When I miss my daylight walk, I have an option to walk by the boat docks even at night. The water on the beach is warm for most months of the year. I can be satisfied staying inside the unit all day and looking at the spectacular views. It is soothing and relaxing. Coming to Marco Island and staying at my place forces me to have a healthy lifestyle. to be continued....

Awesome condo.

I stay in this condo twice a year and never disappoint us. Its very clean with ample supplies of amenities. We enjoyed the wraparound balcony and watched the sunset. Looking at the beach is so relaxing. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping. So easy to deal with the owner,very accommodating and anticipate your needs.

We will be reserving soon.
