A very well appointed, nicely decorated, affordable 2BR/2BA unit in the heart of Breckenridge that has incredible views of the ski mountain, heated underground parking, sauna and hot-tub, modern electronics and free internet.

In the dead of winter you will love coming into the heated garage where you will have a (free) assigned parking space. There, you will be greeted by luggage carts that will quickly get you into this unit which is (in Breckenridge terms) a spacious 1076 square ft. 2BR/2BA unit that sleeps 6. It has an open floor plan with a dining area table that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar that seats 4.
The 2 queen mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest pillow top. Each bed has a Protect-a-Bed mattress cover, four pillows, and a duvet with cover. The mattress that is on the NEW sleeper sofa, in the living room, is an upgraded HealthCareMattress 5' memory foam.
The unit has free high speed internet. The living room has a 46' 120Hz LCD television. There is a surround sound system, too! The guest rooms have matching 32' LCD television that hang neatly from the wall.
A two burner propane grill is on the patio. The updated, remodeled kitchen (2009) is equipped with nice amenities like a drip coffee maker, grinder, coffee press, non-stick griddle, juicer, blender, hand mixer, vacu-vin wine stoppers, crock pot, non-stick cookware, and toaster.
The living room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable-with a new (2017) sleeper sofa. You will love taking in the view – and warming by the gas fireplace.
Located three blocks to the nearest convenience store on Main street, two blocks to Fatty's Pizza and one block to Amazing Grace Restaurant and Bank of the West with ATM. There is even a theater called the Speakeasy located in the old community college building two blocks away. The unit is across the street from the historic Father Dyer Methodist Church.
We are 1/2 mile from Peak 9.
There is a coin operated washer/dryer room in the parking garage at the base of the elevator.

This unit is managed by a property manager who lives in the area. She will be your 'go-to' person for recommendations or any issues with the unit.
For skiers/riders, there is a nice rack in the hallway that will hold your equipment.

We chose to buy in Breckenridge because this is more than just a ski resort. The summer activities are spectacular. The Breckenridge Rec Center is close by and the pool is fantastic for lap swimming. There are several spin classes and the locker room area was remodeled in the Fall of 2010. With all of the skiing, mountain biking, cycling paths, and the unique downtown area, Breckenridge is a great community. It's also close enough to Denver. The view of the mountains is spectacular.
Our son moved to Breckenridge in 1996, and we bought this condo 5 years later. He wanted to live close enough to main street to walk to the restaurants and shops. During peak season, parking is at a premium so being able to walk everywhere is a benefit. There is a bus stop right around the corner that will get you to the base of Peak 8 and also to the Gondola. However, it is about a 7-10 minute walk to the Gondola from here.
Unfortunately my friends and I only had two nights to stay in this great condo. Prior to our visit, I spent a lot of time looking for a property that a) would be suitable for two couples (i.e. no bunk beds) and b) would accommodate our two night stay. Wade was just lovely to work with, very communicative, and very accommodating. The condo is just as pictured and certainly convenient to the main street in Breckenridge where we pottered happily in the shops when we were able to drag ourselves away from the Olympics on the generous TV in the unit. One night we cooked in the well equipped kitchen, the other night we had great pizza at the corner of Main and Wellington? I can't remember the name of it but it was on Wade's list of recommendations. The beds were super comfy. The complex was quiet and well maintained and we were all very happy with our stay here.

Sooo much fun this past weekend! The condo was clean and put together nicely. The kitchen had everything needed :). The only complaint I would have is the pillows. They only had 2 per bed and they were awful :(. Next time I will remember to bring my own.
This condominium had everything we needed, including top of the line utensils and kitchenware. I enjoyed our stay. The size of the condo was perfect for 4 people with plenty of storage, drawers and closet space.
This is a fantastic condo with great access to everything you need in breckenridge. The condo is very well stocked, clean and updated. It was very comfortable for my family of four. The view of the mountain is fantastic! We were able to drive to the gondola lot on the days we skied in 2 minutes. You can walk to the gondola but we felt it was a little too far with all our gear. The only negative I have is that there can be quite a bit of noise from the condo upstairs, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't sleep. I would rent this place again and definitely recommend it.
Very comfortable 2 bedroom set up, with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture, good linens, (1) in door parking spot, quiet building, easy load in and out (with provided luggage cart). Very manageable walk to Main St. and gondola. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
