We purchased the home based on its location. It is quick bike ride or walking distance to: various bike paths, yoga classes, live music, excellent restaurants, coffee shops & so much more.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated home. Megan was very responsive. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning. The walk to Pearl Street is a little far, but very do-able. (a couple of bicycles would have been nice, but we borrowed some.) We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and extra space to be able to cook and have room to have the people we knew in town over. I wish I could keep this place a secret! We'll be back next time we visit Boulder.
We enjoyed our two weeks in Megan's lovely home with a great view of the foothills and NCAR. The house was very clean, even down to the dresser drawers, which made moving in easy. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and are very nice.
The house had everything that I'd hoped for and was very comfortable. It was clean, updated, in a very quiet neighborhood, and a great location to access Pearl Street or get out of town. The back yard was such a nice treat for the sunny days and warm evenings. Highly recommended property, great interactions with the owner, and would definitely stay again.
We stayed for a few weeks. The property was a fully renovated small home in a very good quiet neighborhood very close to shopping. Home was clean and well kept but not fancy. The kitchen had all needed utensils, pots, etc, new appliances. Utilities worked well. We often sat out in the back yard for meals as the weather was good. Bed was comfortable, down blanket too. Great interaction with owner. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again. (The best restaurants we found were The Kitchen and Salt on Pearl street. The nearby Whole Foods was amazing. Target took care of several needs.)
We spent the month of June in this charming little house and found it perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with easy-to-use modern appliances. After inquiring (in advance) if there was a hand mixer the owner had one sent to the house just after our arrival along with a set of baking pans.....such a nice gesture. I did a fair amount of cooking and baking in that kitchen!
The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels first rate. Cleaning supplies and paper goods were provided as well as basic office supplies and a tool kit. The washer and dryer were a delight.
We were very comfortable inside and appreciated having the desk and printer.
We loved the outdoor patio eating lunch and dinner there many days and relaxing there often with a good book.
Having the garage was a real bonus as the car stayed cool and there was room for storage.
The location is ideal. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet and it's an easy walk to so many places. We walked many different streets and got a nice flavor of the neighborhoods.
We loved Boulder, the activities, the wonderful restaurants and shops, the hiking trails, the farmers market and the little white house.
We hope to return again and would definitely recommend this rental to a couple or small family.
We came down from Newfoundland, for a month to prepare for our daughter's wedding at the Boulderado. Your house was centrally located to everything in Boulder and most convenient for everything we needed. Easy walking distance to Pearl Street. And it was wonderful to see the fireworks on the Fourth right from the front step. That was a great surprise. All the appliances were sleek and modern and easy to use. The house had everything we needed and was super comfortable.
