Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida Island, this gated South Seas condominium offers everything you will need for an exotic tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.
Located directly on the beach, adjacent to pristine, undeveloped, TigerTail Beach, this renovated unit is one of the larger units, with incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on one side, as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other.
Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony, and collect shells in the warm waters of a crescent-shaped beach lagoon adjacent to your vacation home.
The living room is elegantly decorated with leather furniture. The granite/quartz kitchen has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico (kitchens in some units at the South Seas are enclosed, with no view). The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and has gorgeous pool, beach, and Gulf views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an elevated queen-size inflatable bed. The guest bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing more security for children when parents are asleep. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have wireless internet access.
The South Seas has a heated swimming pool and an exercise room. Tennis is available for an hourly fee. Covered parking is included. Boat dock rentals are available on a per-night basis.
The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Tigertail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.
Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.

Unbelievably gorgeous property with views of Bay and ocean.
The owners of this gorgeous property could not have been any more responsive, helpful and accommodating. It was a spectacular vacation and we loved it so much we are definitely returning next year. The space has been totally updated and modernized with all new appliances, bathrooms and furniture. New tile throughout. The most comfortable and beautiful property we have stayed in over the last 10 years of visiting Marco and we have stayed in several of the nicest resorts. The South Seas condos are quiet and on a perfect stretch of beach. Thankyou!
Awesome trip. Condo was great, completely updated, looks brand new. Amenities are plentiful, pool was clean and maintained, beach was great, shells everywhere. Great view. The kids and I used the pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce, croquet almost every night. The sports complex was a huge perk for South Seas complex.

Beautiful Island! Amazing Condo & Complex!!
After reading Marilyn W.’s review I felt it necessary to write a review since we stayed January 27 through February 4. This unit is not under renovation. If it was earlier in January, don’t let it scare you now. It is in perfect and wonderful condition and most everything was either new or in great condition. I understand that there was even more new furniture brought in the week after we were there and what I saw was all lovely.
The added amenities of wifi, beach towels, and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. The views are wonderful, and relaxing on the balcony was a hot spot for us. The weather was a little cooler (60‘s), but the sun on the balcony was warm enough to sit out most all the time if we found it too cool around the pool.
Yes, there is still renovations going on throughout the complex, but it was done during normal business hours (9-5) and when in the condo, by the beach, or by the pool, it wasn’t any big deal. Contractors were very courteous if passing in or out of the elevators and attempted to never get in anyone’s way. I was very impressed with the guests that were owners and how much they worked together keeping things nice and tdy. They take a lot of pride in their complex. I really appreciate staying where you feel safe and there are rules and regulations to keep guests safe, happy, and feeling pampered. You can tell this complex is on the move and will not let a hurricane stop them from being the best and most beautiful place to be on Marco Island.
There are still a lot of areas of Marco Island that need some repair from the hurricane, but I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful vacation or beautiful area to be. It is also an added bonus that the owner is on the island should you need anything. Thank you Bob for sharing your beautiful condo with us. I hope to stay again sometime!

Misrepresented by the owner as having no hurricane damage
Still being remodeled after the hurricane in Sept. even though the owner ASSURED us there was no hurricane damage. Unit was not quite finished when we arrived- still needed a through cleaning from the construction work- -- furniture delivered while we were there- AND they were remodeling the unit above us ---so lots of sawing, pounding and all around noise during most of the day the 2 weeks we were there. Could not take our normal afternoon siesta's while on vacation.- in fact we had to leave the building some days as we couldn't even carry on a conversation.
The Unit was not stocked as described or pictured on his website- no blankets, clocks, pictures, rugs or books - minimal kitchen items--
It would NOT be a good unit for the elderly - /handicapped- the door to get out on the catwalk to enter the unit is very heavy and needs someone to hold it open- No grab bars in tub area.
Basically mostly disappointed due to being assured no hurricane damage/repairs while we rented it.
Thank you for your review. When these guests arrived renovations had been completed, there was no damage, and the unit had been cleaned, but as with any new construction, air conditioning filters needed to be changed a few times during their stay. Snowstorms in the north delayed new furniture, so furniture from storage similar to that described when the unit was booked needed to be used until new furniture was swapped a few days into their visit. The exchange took about 45 minutes while they were away. Condo Association management restored common areas quickly, but some work in other units will continue for a while during normal business hours of 9a-5p M-F. The kitchen has all new appliances. We live here on Marco Island and responded within an hour to requests for minor items, such as a missing cutting board. The all new countertops are granite/quartz. We provide comforters on all beds. Additional blankets are not required in a Florida environment, and are rarely requested. We rent to families, so all flooring is tile without carpeting to minimize damage from spills and children. The entrance door has a new "sweep" on the bottom to prevent driven rain on the exterior walkway from entering and damaging the unit. Once opened the door will remain open for easy access with a wheelchair. With the new decor, many of the original pictures, books, and clock may not be included. The new master bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower with grab bars for handicap use. The new, tiled, guest bath has a tub shower. We own three identical renovated units and appreciate those who understood while we recovered from hurricane Irma. It has been a challenge. As of February 10, 2018, renovations that included the last delivery of new furniture, which was a dining table that seats 6, are complete. Once again, we appreciate those who worked with us during this difficult time.
Great view, beach was fantastic.
The proximity to the beach and restaurants was really good. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it was groomed well and easy access. Our only complaint was the cleaning could have been a little bit more thorough.

Rental rates are in weekly increments from Saturday to Saturday, but the number of days that the condo is actually used are, of course, optional. Rates may vary depending on availability. Contact owner for exact quote. The condominium association office charges a one-time $25 parking fee per automobile upon arrival. Consumable items, such as food and paper products, are not included. Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed. Owner lives on Marco Island, manages the property, and is available 24/7.
