Why kevin frost chose St. George Island

My family has been vacationing at St. George Island for over ten years. When we decided to purchase a beach home, we chose St George Island over other Florida locations for many reasons including: 1) Beautiful, wide, white, sandy beaches 2) NO high rise hotels on the island, therefore, crowded beaches are never a problem 3) Excellent family environment 4) Incredible wildlife including multiple daily dolphin sightings, sting rays, sea turtles and occaisional manatee sightings 4) The lack of highly commercialized businesses on the island (unlike other popular FL destinations) make this island far more enjoyable. You have all that you need, and none of what you do not want, i.e., traffic, typical spring break scenes, many touristy businesses. The island has managed to keep it's small town charm and the nearby town of Apalachicola has great restaurants and nice shops. St. George Island is the perfect vacation destination.
