On the Left Bank, in the heart of St. Germain des Pres, rue de Buci is one of the most typical streets with its market, food shops, restaurants. It is a daily and lively open-air market street.

If you would like to spend a holiday in the living-fashion and artistic center of Paris, this rue de Buci 2-bedroom is the perfect place to stay.

With good metro and bus connections to all parts of the city, you will be amazed by the charm of this area.

On the ground floor of a classical old building, the apartment , approximately 650 sq. ft., faces the courtyard and has 6 windows, which ensures being quiet and bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated in February 2006, and features a large living room with American kitchen, 2 sofa beds and antique furniture. From the living room, a door opens to the private apartment terrace where table and chairs will welcome you during summertime for your meals or moments of rest.

The apartment capacity is 6 guests, 2 in the living room sofas, 4 in the 2 bedroom's beds (one queen and one king). One bathroom has a sink and a bath with wall mounted unit to serve as a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom has a shower , sink and toilet.

The apartment gets its charm from high ceilings with moldings, and massive wood parquet floors which are a century old but completely renovated.

The best of St Germain

The apartment was clean and comfy, has everything you need, situated offstreet on a quiet courtyard just behind a busy market street. The best of Paris! We loved staying in this district, the restaurants, the shopping, walking thru the old streets, strolling the Bd. St Germain, past iconic restaurants. So many restaurants ! we loved Huiterie Regis for oysters, Restaurant LaCitrouille for local flavor/flowers, and of course: LaPallette!

Such a lovely time

We had such a lovely time. We will definitely be returning. We all wish we were still sitting in the courtyard of our apartment eating our breakfast every morning!

An Excellent Apartment

The apartment is excellent. When we arrived it was clean and there was a person there to show us around and demonstrate where everything was and how it worked. The WI-FI was excellent and the location ideal, near restaurants, cafes and an excellent grocery store. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it ideal for a large family or 4 adults. Pascal, the apartment Manager, was wonderful. He answered all my questions promptly and clearly when I first enquired about the apartment, and when I contacted him after we took the rental he was always available through email. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in central Paris. There were no unhappy surprises, only a great apartment and a great manager to help you out

Very good stay

Two"mature" couples (ages 60+) rented this apartment for a week in April 2015.

The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, cozy, quiet and bight, convenient to metro, shopping, dining...everything you could ask for!

Thank you for arranging the taxi to CDG on the morning of our departure, Pascal; it made our departure very easy.

We will definitely contact you about staying at the Rue de Buci apartment when we visit Paris again.

Wonderful stay

I would like to thank you for arranging the apartment in Rue De Buci for our recent week in Paris.

Once again we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location and was very functional for two couples and at a reasonable price.

The previous apartments you arranged for us in Rue Malar and Rue Cler also exceeded our expectations.

I would also like to express my appreciation for arranging transport from the airport to the apartment it certainly took the stress out of getting to our apartment after a long flight from Australia

I look forward to utilising your services again in the not too distant future.

I am hesitant to leave such a glowing review for fear that I will never be able to return to this amazing place on Rue De Buci because it will be so popular. I echo most of the reviews for this property -- Pascal very accommodating (even though never met in person), Serge providing car services to the airport, Melissa meeting us upon arrival. But the 'piece de resistance' was the place itself -- the location was amazing (central to many metro stations, restaurants, shopping, etc.), the spaciousness of the apartment even with six people (3 adults and 3 teens), the abundance of high quality linens, strong water pressure, and air conditioning to boot -- all on a beautiful courtyard level! I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Pascal, many thanks for a most special time. We will definitely be back if you will have us!
