WE RENT BY THE MONTH ONLY. This is a two story apartment in small fiveplex that is close to ACL, SXSW, Zilker Park & downtown Austin. Street address is 3607 Doe Trail Austin, 78746. THIS APARTMENT HAS THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM UPSTAIRS and the LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN DOWNSTAIRS so it is not suitable for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs. We are three miles from Zilker Park, Trader Joe's Rollingwood, South Congress, downtown, Whole Foods, UT and the lakes and Hill Country. Fast & convenient to all of Austin. Close-in location off Bee Caves Road halfway between Mopac (Loop 1) and 360. Park outside front door.Great for friends & family gatherings. Walk to Texas Honey Ham, Blue Dahlia Bistro, Texas Honey Ham for the best breakfast tacos in Austin, Barton Springs Nursery, Breed's, Sanctuary, Embellish Nails, Yoga Vida. We are less than 1 mile to Modern Market, La Paloma, Chipolte Grill, Jason's Deli, Starbucks, India Palace, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Steinmart, HEB, Randall's, Walgreen's, Westbank LIbrary and more. Charming Comfort and Perfect Getaway!

This rental is awesome and worked out wonderfully for our stay in Austin during ACL weekend. Gloria is very helpful and accommodating and goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable since we were not familiar with the area. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot to offer. I recommend this rental for any length of stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Home Away from Home!

I booked this place for 3 months. I liked it so much I ended up staying over a year. The owners are amazing and extremely accommodating. It is a great location and close to everything. It is a great value in a super part of Austin.

Wonderful accommodations!

My father and I really enjoyed our stay. It is quiet, clean & close to everything. We enjoyed the feel of staying in the country so close to downtown. We highly recommend this property.

A car is preferred however we are about half a mile walk to Capitol Metro Route #30, which goes to downtown Austin, South Congress and connects to Bus 100, which serves the airport. (Ck Capitol Metro website for more info)

Other Activities: Kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing on Town Lake 3 miles away. Bicycle rental in Zilker Park-3 miles away.
