Whether it’s family time, celebration time, or down time, this is a home with amazing amenities for everyone. This seasonal DC Ranch rental is nestled in a cul de sac, with quick access to walking/hiking/biking trails, golf, shopping and restaurants. The home has been remodeled and upgraded with travertine flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom furnishings. You can dine and play poolside with mountain views, and at night roast marshmallows fireside at the fire pit.
This vacation home is fully equiped to entertain and sleep 4-6 people comfortably. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom and on the patio with Direct TV satellite service and recording abilities in both the Master and Living Room receivers. The dining table seats 8, the kitchen bar will seat another 4 and outside on the patio will seat 4-6. There is a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen size bed in Guest Bedroom #2 and Bunk Bed (single on top, full size on the bottom)with a trundle underneath in Guest Bedroom #3. The Master closet is closed off as the Owner's closet. There is ample storage in the dresser, two bedside night stands and a hallway closet right outside the Master bedroom. The home is complete with an indoor/outdoor stereo system that is Ipod compatible. We are a 'kid friendly' property with toys, games and DVD's available if you will be vacationing with your children. There is parking in the driveway for up to two cars.
This property is conveniently located off of Pima and Thompson Peak, approximately 25-30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and about 5 minutes from Scottsdale private airport.

We are a family of 4 and chose this home because of its location, layout, the private pool and outdoor living this home offers us. We live in the Denver area and love escaping to the warmth and serenity of the desert during our winter months. Additionally, my husband is an avid golfer and we are surrounded by beautiful, amazing golf courses in every direction.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our children love the private pool, the various paths right outside our front door and walking to the Community Center park and recreation area. We are about a 10 minute walk to The Market Place. We love all the wildlife we see from lizards, bunnies, quail and on occasion herds of javelina. We are surrounded by amazing restaurants, shopping and, of course, GOLF!
